@ViCustomerCare I tried calling 199 to speak to a human.. after negotiating IVR for 5 mins, I choose option to speak to a customer care executive and, The call drops 10 mins into the hold !!

Hello @ViCustomerCare One of my 5 Vodafone connections is not receiving calls from non vodafone networks. On calling customer service (198), they directed me to other numbers that don't help. I used this number for business. Customers not able to reach. So, who can help?
