    My network has been blocked by @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIT @ViCustomerCare almost 8 days back ..Monthly paying bills but neither internet data works and nor there is any network. Its my official phone so can't afford to switch off any option to port the number.

    @ViCustomerCare purchased sim online home delivered too, but for activation,some pin error, asking to visit branch, then what’s the purpose of online booking, trying all option for last one day. Should have stayed with @airtelindia my bad🙁

    UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. What are these obligations? may i know please @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS 'DAILY' TO THE "CUSTOMER CARE" ALONGWITH ALL THE DETAILS & SCREENSHOTS SINCE MORE THAN 6 WEEKS BUT NOBODY BOTHERS TO RESOLVE. THE "APPELLATE AUTHORITY" IS ALSO NOT HELPING....!!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I had gone to the service center but they informed me that as the Sim is 6 years old and due to merger of Vodafone and idea you are deactivating old sim and giving a new sim but for the process you need the owner of sim ( My grandma) to physically come to the vi mini store

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, Your service is to much worst in now days because last three days my internet is not working. I am checking with your customer team but nothing help me. They told me my issue will be fix today at 5 PM but nothing is fixed.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , Is the Vi network down? Not able to get network since morning. Toggling airplane mode and restarting phone isn’t helping. It’s shows No service. How do I receive my OTPs? This is pathetic #Vodafoneideadown
