    @ViCustomerCare we have to answer these bullshit questions .12 of them .. whose brain came up with them? After doing that the problem doesn’t get resolved.. recently I was told by the tech team to do a sim upgrade .. tell me the procedure for it ASAP #visucks

    @ViCustomerCare hi, i am using idea since long time now i am facing network issues. Earlier i was getting amazing speed upto 6-8 "mega byte per second" from 6-7 days i am facing network drops 4g to 2g edge and internet download speed of just 32kbps even on 4g (force lte mode)

    @ViCustomerCare thanks for your concern, I am wearing mask and sanitising hands as much as possible. It is irritating to hear the covid voice recording before making each and every call . Now please don’t irritate me and tell me a solution to avoid that covid voice recording.

    @VodafoneIN you're pathetic. You can't even activate a single "MCI" after 12 days of continues calls, store visit, ussd code, and what not. Either get your network on line so they people can get connected to me via call or activate this service.

    @ViCustomerCare Your complaint dated 11-Mar-2021 08:45:59 PM with reference number C004-113734572600 is registered. We assure resolution by 12-Mar-2021 06:00:00 PM. again raised the rq on 18th still no resolution Today is 22nd March PATHETIC SERVICE
