    @ViCustomerCare my area your network very poor . And many time signal not show. Address - Divine Light public school , Talabpar , Ramchandrapur , Bihar Sharif - 803101. Please stablish a good network. If your signal very weak . Then why I am recharge Vi sim.

    @desimojito @ViCustomerCare I had the same problem during my last tour overseas,but they refunded the IP amount after i complained, but after a long pursuit..thank God i was carrying a Airtlel sim,which never fails ,latches on to the network the moment you land.

    @ViCustomerCare how to cancel new sim card order which i paid to website worst service ever as i order new prepaid sim and advance payment towards sim i want to cancel this order and want money back , roadside small shop can deliver sim faster than you, loosing customer base..

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Your network just suck these days It's really depressing to use your network. It's always gives 100 kbps speed Earlier good speed was available 5 mbps. Now it's in kbps only. Despite living in the middle of the city. The network always blows up.🙏

    @ViCustomerCare what is considered as promotional sms/call. You have closed the complaint that the sms which I received is not promotional in nature. The link given in the sms redirects to a loan app.
