    @ViCustomerCare The worst tele com service. No phone singal, no bank otp msg. But every day i get a msg from @ViCustomerCare I am trying to get a bank otp msg from 4 hours every time a call customer care it take atleast 5 to 8 minutes to connect with irritating background music.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi wants us to pay Rs128 just to send a SMS. Seriously VI nowadays has just become a money machine. Even service is deteriorated. It's high time to port to other network.

    @ViCustomerCare you need more staff in the Mapusa and Panjim stores. Customer management is very bad. People are not managed. And the staff have not been instructed to take care of customers. This is not their fault. VI needs to handle this training across the board.

    @ViCustomerCare I've ordered a New Connection via Vi App and also paid 401/- Rs but Nobody has contacted me for Sim Delivery. I am highly disappointed as I am experiencing Poor Customer Services Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Plz instead of replying me do change your plans. Your 95 plan is having no SMS outgoing service, already your network quality is pathetic and top of it you have disable call center service on 198. Go fix them first and then come here, I have already ported 1 no and 2 more on wait

    @SamirMhatre86 @WriterDeepak @ViCustomerCare Yes complaints closed without your knowledge and if you are trying to follow up your complaint, Executive behave arrogantly. No use of complaint nothing will happened.I stopped recharging my vi number. Best way chouse network which have fair signal.
