    @ViCustomerCare Hey Vi, I am your customer since years. Recently I bought a phone which requires one e-sim.This service apprently isnt available in my area for Vi. Help me before i have no choice but to port to @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare There's nothing you can do. You people shall only continue to take notes of the concern but network won't improve. The worst ever network that anybody has seen.
