@ViCustomerCare Dear team, As I am valued customer of VI. I did port to JIO prepaid . Same day i got call from vi executive prajwal saying that 4 month free offer if I cancel porting from vada post paid to jio prepaid.after giving one month free they sent a bill. How to report to TRAI.

Hey @ViCustomerCare Kindly activate my volte service. Don't give the resoan volte not available in Bihar. Because I have two Vi number,which one activated volte service,sim inserted in my dad's phone. Both sim are in same circle But my vi number not showing volte. Can you solve?
