    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @VodafoneIN ive ported recently my sim to Voda. Im getting full 4Gnetwork signals. But internet is too poor event to run whatsap. Also calling is worst. Ive complained twice but no sorting has been done from your end. I regret why did I port to Voda. Disgusted

    @VodafoneIN we're facing Network issue & 4G Connectivity issue from last 5 months continuously. 4 to 6 hours network gone in 24 hours, No 4g Indoor connectivity. I'm a Vodafone/Airtel/Jio retailer. So if you're solving this issue, I'll port out from Vodafone to another operator.

    @TRAI Sir ,this is how @ViCustomerCare treat their customers,first they keep security deposit which they never refund & then they ask customers to pay their bill.why not they adjust deposit in to bill ?if they can’t adjust why not they refund my deposit on time ?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, Check my twitter msg initiated on 22nd Dec. 2021. You are a COMPLETE FAILURE like me. You cannot render quality service to subscriber like me. As I have stated, I will do MNP, once the existing PLAN gets expired. You / VI cannot give quality service for longer life.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, For more than 15 mts, I was struggling 2 send emails fr my POCOC3 using yr service by way of changing APN settings. I cd strongly feel it is really a CURSE 4 me 2 use yr VI at d moment. Once I took JIO on WIFI thro' my othr ph, emails were sent w/o delay.

    @ViCustomerCare I don’t find plans that I can take service Most of the plan show no service validity. I recharge my no 9165622191 with 47/- but nothing happened no data no incoming not even call to customer care u have stopped everything.
