Seems like vodafone doesn't care his customers . I am using others data providers companies but faces very less issue but with vodafone and issues are very common .

A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update.
