Sometimes I think that I should take any other 4g connection because I live in up east alllhabad Rajapur area and here Vodafone network sucks not only 4g even 3g also. I request to @VodafoneIN to look into it please provide proper Vodafone 4g connection please ....

Very poor network is being provided by @VodafoneIN in my area. And even today, seeing the speed of the network, it seems that despite complaining, it could not be cured. I think @VodafoneGroup is joking with its customer. @DoT_India @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to send PORT SMS. Airtel not allowed to Send outgoing SMS even after 79Rs recharge!! At last resort ,I will recharge 129Rs which allows outgoing SMS!! Soon coming to either Vodafone/Jio. Many friends of mine also planning discontinue Airtel & port to other network.

After months of frustration with disconnection, dropped calls, network busy, unable to connect, poor data speed and what not, @ViCustomerCare texted that they've added 10 MHz spectrum and I immediately see the difference. Everything is working better now. Thanks,I was worried.
