@qri_us @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Facing the same problem for 40 days but there is no improvement in data speed and network. I don't know how Ookla gave it the best speed network. I will tweet to Ookla to check network in Prayagraj

Like previous they are nt charging from main balance. Is this feasible to do recharge of 128 and above to send only 1 sms? Like TV why don't company have different packs for different service?I am customer frm 10yrs @ViCustomerCare do something otherwise I will PORT out this no.

@ViCustomerCare The @ViCustomerCare didnt call me saying that my call dropping, network related issues have been sorted in last more than a year. It calls me four times a day to remind that I haven't paid Rs two hundred, yes Rs. 200/- and the due date has lapsed. That's their priority.

@ViCustomerCare One should LAUGH at the logic given by the VI Reps..... the rep. told me the 2days validity pack will only WORK when u have the service validity.....but when asked....that why would someone recharge with a 2 days validity pack when he ALREADY HAS VALIDITY????...no answer for it..
