@VodafoneIN I am facing call drops, internet connection error at my location. I am fed up with your service though I am postpaid customer since 8 years. This was not expected at all. tried to call customer care service and sort the issue but they failed miserably. Should I port?

@ViCustomerCare I gave a request to change my postpaid number 9087875159 to prepaid 40days ago. But my connection is still in postpaid and received bill. I have no way of contacting customer care as I destroyed my old idea sim card for new VI simcard. Worst service ever

@ViCustomerCare I sent the number and address several times including the location. It has not yet been resolved except to say that the problem will be resolved within six months at all times. So I'm porting to another network, ok.

We don't give reference to anyone who hired a VI postpaid connection .Surat Area Sales manager and other Sales staff they all are bed service providers as my rating for sales and services is ZIRO(0)
