    @VodafoneIN I am facing call drops, internet connection error at my location. I am fed up with your service though I am postpaid customer since 8 years. This was not expected at all. tried to call customer care service and sort the issue but they failed miserably. Should I port?

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoIndia . I have a vodafone India sim with the roaming services on. Your number never worked in Alaska, USA. Your team keep telling me to connect with TMobile and they don’t have service in Alaska. Very disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on ! my calls are dropping continuously and your great customer service says it will take 7 days to be resolved ! R u kidding me? So I’m supposed to be helpless for 7 days w/o a phone despite having paid 1800 Rs for a plan?

    @ViCustomerCare Customer care is guessing that it might be network issue. But, it is specifically only with me ? Very disappointing. Looking for new service providers. VI is least bothered about its customers.

    @ViCustomerCare Okay. We have raised a service request for the same. Please Note the service request number GUJ-V01226700670 for future references. This was done on Tuesday this week I don't have the time to inactivate each of your scheme individually So end this nonsense

    @ViCustomerCare You peoples are thugs!! At the time of recharges you don't tell that from this recharge you won't be getting OTPs and afterwards when someone is stuck somewhere you are just telling other network operators problems.(@JioCare @airtelindia) Shame!!
