Same question in every dm and they are firm that what was spoilt by them on 13th will be resolved only on 22nd by when I would already be back in India. Will port to another carrier. Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.

I have been using this number with Vi for years and regularly recharge it through the Vi app. Please investigate and help.
