    @AdvSoniRR @ViCustomerCare I agree with you. Last 24 hours no net connection in our locality. When we call to their customers care they behaviour is too much rude. If we ask why they talk like that then they reply Thank you for calling Vi. Worst service forever.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @VodafonePark why is it so difficult to provide with a proper network & internet connection? I really don’t understand why you play with the network like a kid playing with switch🤔 This is damn frustrating for a network service providing worldwide

    @ViCustomerCare I have already done the basic troubleshooting. Issue is still there. And now I find out that there is a national Vi network outage. Wow!

    @ViCustomerCare Don't aspact anything from Vodafone ... They told me they can't do anything... You call to that no. ( Wrong no. ) And ask if he can recharge back aur eles he will send money.. but vodafone can't help anything

    @ViCustomerCare The net speed has gone poorly slow in my region (Vadtal, dist. Nadiad) after voda-idea merger. Its looting people of their hard-earned money n providing no service at all. VI is the new fraudster n cheater company of India...@AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare Ankita when you called me and informed me that it has been resolved, I took your word. But in my email yday vi says there is unapid bill. Can you send me evidence...where is the email about resolving unpaid bill issue. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Need to improve there customer service. since yesterday it's troublesome for me to receive their call inspite of telling them the genuine reason of me converting my port from Vodafone. also telling them about my issue and my reasons for the same, they have tried.
