@ViCustomerCare The main and foremost reason is the diconnection of network while you're travelling on bus/train and even in some areas the @VodafoneGroup network will be lost and @airtelindia will be running on #4G. I even tweeted months before on this issue. Still no improvement from your side

@ViCustomerCare I am a vi customer recently I wasn't able to browse internet in my phone then I visit nearly vi centre then your employee tried to cheat us. He said that your sim will be stoped working if you not transfer it to postpaid which costs more.

@ViCustomerCare I had a perfectly working 4G sim card. Suddenly it lost signal. Upon complaining CC, I was told I would get a free sim need to visit store. I did and I was obliged to pay 75/- what's the point? Sim wasn't damaged. It malfunctioned. P.S. this is not an upgrade.

@ViCustomerCare I think you should shutdown, if you can't provide quality service to your customers. @TRAI VI India is cheating with their customers the net speed is like 2G but we are paying every month for 4G data with all taxes. can you do somthing against them.
