  @ViCustomerCare ESIM not working since 24 hrs . Customer support gave me new QR code yesterday. Though I added that into network plan I don’t have network yet . It’s been more than 24 hrs , I don’t have network on my postpaid connection.

  @ViCustomerCare frm ystrdy, no network in vicinity, tried calling ur cust care 9702000298 from different service provider, even dat is also not functioning. Dis is recurring issue, let me know if u r able to resolve or i need to port out
