@ViCustomerCare absolutely horrible service. Customer service asked me to upgrade my prepaid to postpaid for an esim. I took 3 connections. It’s been 8 days, my e-sim has not been processed on top of that the customer official asked me to visit today. And he was absent. Help.

There is very weak 4g network. VoLTE is completely off from past 3 months do something about it @ViCustomerCare at my place. Sakoli, Maharashtra, India MNP is only option reply fast!
