    @VodafoneIN dear concern I have a number of Punjab and surprisingly its network vanished since I reached Delhi. From past 3 days there is no network on calling customer care today they asked me to wait for 24 hrs more as there is some technical issue. Is it really network dow.

    @VodafoneIN not able to dial any number, it tries for sometime and then says call failed. Reinserted sim still the same issue. Ph no. 7838665864.

    @VodafoneIN You should not get surprised with this. I just had a word with Amit Kumar who was floor supervisor. I want to share their call recording to show how pathetic your customer service is. Lets cancel my porting request to vodafone. Instead i am planning to port away my existing nos.

    @JioCare After getting frustrated by @VodafoneIN , after 24 hours of getting new jiofi device it activated now but this is even worse speed thans Vodafone! @VodafoneIN was better I think your jiofi device is too much slow
