    @ViCustomerCare My mother is unable to receive/ call using phone network. Phone network is full. SMS service is also not working. I am sharing details in DM, please consider this on priority.

    @ViCustomerCare Facing network fluctuations in my area. Many times it switches to 2g and then I can't able to access internet. Many times when I am in an important meeting and my net turns on 2G. Please configure what's the fluctuation problem. I've complained many times. No resolutions.

    @ViCustomerCare VI Very worst in service.. Whole team is cheater. Pls do not buy Vodafone connection. If there is any issues nobody can rectify your issues. Low category to top category of vi team were same. #Don't use VI#
