    @ViCustomerCare But I am already using 1499 pack and due to some glitch my sms were vaived off (as per customer care) I let it go and started to recharge Ra51 sms packs.... Think there is nothing for me in vi anymore as you guys getting glitches and

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia From last one month I am suffering lots of problems due to only and only 'vi'. Your service center don't attend calls as well as walking customers. Here is worst service and not acceptable. Please look into this matter.
