@ViCustomerCare After 10 days one more person visited and said yes sir there is no network we will pass to the concerned. Same thing was done 10 days before also. Nothing done to resolve the issue. People are coming to check the strength of network no one is to correct the network strength.

@ViCustomerCare Without giving any prior notice Vi just stopped giving unlimited data (12-6am). Recharged with ₹699 multiple times, which gave me 4GB/day for 84 days (before latest price hike). Please resolve my issue with outmost urgency as I'm not getting data from 12am-6am.

@ViCustomerCare Poor service experience. 5 calls in the last week asking what the issue is but no resolution at all. Just keep getting a response that its being forwarded for further investigation. Also why do you close complaints without resolving issues? @DoT_India @TraiIndia

@ViCustomerCare I will leave VI once my existing plans ends. Thinking about porting my number to jio. At least they have much better network and internet than yours. I am a customer of your for 1 year and my experience is extremely worst. Slow internet, 2G coverage at unknown location etc.

@ViCustomerCare I still didn’t get a call or an explanation. Tell me, why I shouldn’t port out of Vodafone? Is this the service you’re providing? Fortunately, My friend had switched from Post Paid to Pre paid. You guys would have definitely looted more. I’m going to make a complaint @TRAI n CC.

Hi @ViCustomerCare if this SIM toolkit application is so important then why you don’t tell before international roaming to install it. I can’t find this app and now you tell without this app I cannot use international roaming. That’s complete non-sense. Real bad.

finally, successfully ported 1 of my @ViCustomerCare sim card to @airtelindia vi is one of the worst network.bad internet, network, customer service.from being the best network to the worst network in area now.
