    @VodafoneIN heed this deep and heed this well. Your 4g service at Sikkim is slower than 2g service of other providers. If u don't update yourself.. market shall be too cruel to you. Please.. do something

    @ViCustomerCare I didn't get refundable deposit after 1 year of portability. Worst service. Never pay deposit to vodafone. One year completed still they checking in system. I think my deposit lost in space like chadrayan. Also no help from TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service sim replacement was not done. Why it is reject when a customer personally visited mini store with aadhar card. Very disappointed with the service. want to port my number because Vi forcing us to transfer prepaid to postpaid. Pls do not use Vi.
