    @ViCustomerCare Converted my postpaid into prepaid. Prepaid card got activated, recharge of Rs.179/- done on Vi store on 24th June 2022 at 17.55 but till now balance is not reflecting, I am unable to use my card. Very pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare finally after 30 days number transferred to personal. But this time spelling of my surname is wrongly logged. After speaking to customer care 4 times and chain mails I am told same cannot be done without me visiting customer care. Why the hell was my time wasted

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I'm very sad to announce that I'm going to switch to airtel because when ever I use night unlimited data I'm not getting proper net in my daily data pack(that was 1.5 gb) very very poor network and finally the time has came good bye.....

    @ViCustomerCare 8939800045 mobile number has been ported to anddhrapradesh number and i have not received any OTP for sim activation on postpaid resolve this issue soon or else will take legal action against Vodafone
