    @ViCustomerCare Spoken to vida care, he is unable to support except making complain n suggesting to contact Executive,Contacted executive, he is showing call drop, I am keeping the phone n waiting for varification call.Spend rs.5000 to come PADROUNA by car to contact executive.

    @ViCustomerCare Now all vodafone users will port to airtel because airtel has sought out network issue in my area. In past all vodafone users are of airtel. And again they will.

    @ViCustomerCare Ok so this proves the way you handle emergency customer service request. At this pandemic situation it is important that we recieve msgs and calls, if that itself is not handled then Vi is not a reliable network. You proved that we should port to some other network.

    @ViCustomerCare We have complaint about it many times. By calling in customer care. And even by reaching vodafone care in sonipat. Nooooo solution till now. Address--Haryana, sonipat, village Bhatana Jafrabad

    @ViCustomerCare what’s happening?These days we hardly ever get internet connectivity. Network changing 4G to 3G or 2G automatically. I have raised complaint many times but never get any resolution. Finally decided to port out from @VodafoneGroup .....
