    @VodafoneIN heed this deep and heed this well. Your 4g service at Sikkim is slower than 2g service of other providers. If u don't update yourself.. market shall be too cruel to you. Please.. do something

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, 10 days before I made a complaint regarding issues I m facing in speed, and after that i made many calls. Two times you guys said that my complaint has been resolved. But yet your 4G speed in my handset is 2.5 kbps. That is worst than a 2G.

    I recharge my vi number for a year and now i am regretting it's internet speed decrease day by day like hell @ViCustomerCare if i didnt get the solution i will switch to another telecom irrespective of the yearly recharge , i drop my number in DM

    @ViCustomerCare Re 9811069090 Mockery of customer service u have deactivated existing SIM card n given me prepaid SIM for a post paid connection. Activate connection forthwith to enable me to port to other telecom. Without prejudice to approaching Consumer Forum for appropriate damages.
