    Dear @ViCustomerCare , I am facing a lot of network issue in the Dispur area of Assam with your Vodafone network since few days. Call drops, no proper internet. Please resolve the issue. Problem might be due to the tower density. Airtel & Jio is working fine.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic Service as usual. Trying to port/convert my postpaid number to prepaid but officials are reluctant to not do that as if they got instruction to loot customer money. Each time they come up with different solution/option. Is there any way to opt out even?

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I just want to say that why don't you close your 4G operation in India. VI is the WORST. I bought a vi sim a week ago but it does not work at all even in Patna. This vi barely connect to 4G. My original sim @airtelindia is the BEST.
