    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    @ViCustomerCare #Terriblecustomerservice each time. Vi promptly billed me 1st of each month and inactivates my number and customer service asks me to get new connection from scratch. Get your act together Vi ! This is not how you treat long time clients.

    @ViCustomerCare I've already mailed all the details to customer care and I got this irresponsible and unhelpful reply from them. Tried calling Vi many times but unable to reach any agent....just advertisements are broadcast the whole time while waiting. #terribleVIcustomerservice.

    @ViCustomerCare 3rd class 198 service. Unable to reach you. After giving input your system generated voice call say, I am not sharing right input. It happened again and again. Poor Network and also 3 rd class co-operation. On 20 September, 22 my number will be ported.Disgusting
