  @ViCustomerCare To check Balance DATA, why USSD of VODA subscribers doesn't work? Is it compulsory to download 'VODA' apk for each & every silly query? I am not at all interested in VODA apk, it's heavy & useless I'hv taken up all my network & connectivity issues several times but in vain

  @ViCustomerCare My wife has been trying to port from Jio to Vodafone for the past 15 days. First order created thru app was cancelled, store people forcing us to purchase postpaid and now new order is created and no response from customer care! Pathetic service for new customers.

  @ViCustomerCare When will my SIM be delivered? It's already been 4 days since I ordered it through your online store. Your customer care team hasn't been helpful either. If this is the service before delivery, I can only imagine what it'll be like afterward.

  Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare
