    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    @ViCustomerCare you guys need to shut down. Safe custody Was due to expire on 17 July so extended it on 10th July. Today was informed that safe custody has EXPIRED. Tried to reactivate the nunber. Request Was processed successfully yet number is suspended. You have just lost another RedX customer

    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

    Today, my phone didn't work from 3:15 PM to 3:37 PM. The moment my recharge pack expires, you disconnect the service without even a one-minute delay. Who is going to pay for the loss caused by this outage? Is your father going to compensate me? @ViCustomerCare @vibusinssindia
