@DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

@ViCustomerCare You are the biggest fraud, you just want to charge customer even after lots of call drops, no tower, no highspeed internet. Even after losing badly you people not improving your attitude towards your customer.

The fun part is when I said that the @ViCustomerCare is fooling customers. He replies me back with an arguments saying "agar company ko paisa khana reheta toh roz paise nahi kaatati". Customer care people r so rude. Such deductions if done regularly will lead to instant noticing.

@ViCustomerCare absolutely rubbish service and experience. Been a customer for 20 yrs. One of my phones got lost and got a new sim same day. For some unknown reason activation is on hold. Customer rep says they dont know why. Store says we dont know. Sheer intentional harassment
