    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    @PradeepHardikar I switched from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia and really sad to state that the customer support is equally disappointing at airtel as well. I guess, they are all the same at the core

    @ViCustomerCare I complaints you many times but no service provider or executive give response after complaints I have three number of Vi but all have same issue have bad network service provide by your organization.

    @ViCustomerCare @BDUTT Hey VI, hope you were this prompt in resolving network issues also. Why is there still no network in Jibhi and Tandi after 7 long years. Why your network speeds are always slower than Airtel?

    @KaranKundnani9 @ViCustomerCare #vi is not worth for money. They don’t have 4g indoor coverage, don’t have vowifi no free MSI & no updates on 5G. Plan accordingly. They say , they don’t have any timeline for providing services.They don’t bother about their customers.They never going to provide any service
