    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    @ViCustomerCare , I have already told that if my internet issue cannot be resolved, alteast you can refund my amount of recharge, so that I may port to another service provider respectfully, but it appears you want me to take some action against you. @TRAI pls look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port vi sim but I can't able to port it. Whenever I send message it give me this message UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    Worst service @ViCustomerCare worst 4g service ever....my network connectivity is the poorest of all time, why do you even call it 4G? Time waste...

    @ViCustomerCare Day by day vi network getting so much problem in internet speed and also some times it get out of network. Vi are not taking users problem seriously.
