    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    @ViCustomerCare Internet down since 6AM today. 2 times gave call to customer care. they are saying system is upgrading. Why VI upgrading system in morning peak time, why it cant be done in mid night just like Banking sector.

    @ViCustomerCare no network at all from Pulivendula to Vempally around 30 kms stretch In YSR kadapa Dist . And after that again from vempally to KSRM engineering college approximately 35 kms again no network. What’s the use of using VI ??

    @ViCustomerCare network site At-KHAJURIAKATA, BLOCK-HINDOL, DIST-DHENKANAL, STATE-ODISHA is down since 6hrs but still @ViNewsOfficial is doing nothing. Already complained multiple times. Kindly reach out to me on 9668042472 and assign a technician as well.

    @ViCustomerCare Query not addressed yet. Only you have taken additional complaint bcoz after 4 days over you couldn't delivered a SIM in Bengaluru like city.

    @ViCustomerCare How unprofessional, my complaint is closed without any proper resolution stating that it was just a temporary glitch, while still im facing the same problem, I have all the call recordings and proofs of the issue which is still persists. It's better to port of this pain.
