@ViCustomerCare So I decide to go to store #2. Again follow Google Maps. This time, it’s not shady but again the store doesn’t exist. There’s nothing where the map takes me so I call customer care again. He gives me an add which is taking me to a Treebo Hotel. And he confirms that that’s not it!

@ViCustomerCare Shocking that service not provided to customer, complaints closed with no resolution, complaint appeal still pending more than 90days, customer forced to pay the bills monthly. If Bill is not paid then service is stopped. Unfair Trade Practice @DoT_India @CCS_IIPA
