    @ViCustomerCare received a threatening call claiming to be from the recovery branch of vi threatening to disconnect a number which I am using and which doesn't even belong to Vi but to some other operator The lady was absolutely rude and continued to bad mouth and was abusive

    @ViCustomerCare . Your service is truly marvellous. We get "does not exist" message for calling number in daily use. And idea number gets connected from Jio but not from idea. Simply superb

    @ViCustomerCare @mangalam99 @Sunfun16 Sir since morning I got 11 msg with different person on twitter but no one provide appropriate solution, if a small work like a new sim card issuance I have to approach you then you need to understand the service level your company is providing 👎👎

    @ViCustomerCare I am having trouble browsing internet since today morning. I tried Vi app help and support but I don't get any response. I can't even lodge complaint. A few days back I had the same problem. It's getting frustrating. We expect better service from Vodafone
