    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    @ViCustomerCare Don’t ask me to DM. The issue is public. Your number +919953015328 is being used for marketing calls, which is illegal under TRAI rules. Take action on this number and confirm here publicly. Stop pushing customers into DMs to hide the problem.

    Hii @ViCustomerCare my home adress in vi sim is bihar but now i am shifted to new delhi for my study i have always keep Open my data roaming on to use internet otherwise i am not able to use internet as it show you are away from your home. So fix this issue

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor network in my home at ultima lifestyle near Savita hospital wagodia road Vadodara, 390019. In my rooms or hall I am not able to use Internet properly.

    @n_bangre @ViCustomerCare May be u r under tower. I don't have any network without prior notice they disabled sim. I am not getting any otp for transactions. This is creating lost in faith with VI network, why I did not change my network yet.

    i am value customer of your company as I am facing a problem whild recharging my number of plan 365 rs where I get 100 off coupon for some time the code was not getting applied on checkout section this I am facing from 1 months but still not resolved pls checkDm @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare it says “sim card crash, contact customer care” . All off a sudden i am seeign this error, the sim Was working all fine till 1st Aug

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Your number 9953015328 is making sales calls. TRAI clearly prohibits this. Operators are supposed to disconnect such numbers. Why is Vi still allowing it? Fix this or lose trust. #SpamCalls

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, it was resolved, but my service remained suspended for 26 hours; the VI team is responsible for this. Airtel had already provided clearance by 8 o'clock, yet the service was kept off, causing inconvenience to the customer—this is not right.
