I'm not getting 4g network of VI and even customer service also is not good, I'm facing this prblm every weak for 1 or 2 days,it feels like you guys don't give **** about your customers, I'm not sure how long VI will survive with this kind of attitude @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar

So @ViCustomerCare just tried to fraudulently disguise me from being ported. Called to say that send ‘Cancel’ message to 1900 and your number will be ported in 1 day. Thats not acceptable at all! @TRAI @consaff plz note and let me know how to file a complaint.

@ViCustomerCare India's fastest 4g ?Don't joke around . I can't even use 3g since three days , your network service is absolute **** , DONT IRRITATE ME ON A DAILY BASIS I can't even do anything , don't force me to change my network , I'm fed up .
