    @ViCustomerCare WHENEVER I CALL I AM SHOWED ERROR NETWORK NOT REGISTERED I HAVE TRIED RESETTING NETWORK AND MANUALLY SELECTING NETWORK BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. PLS RESOLVE THIS ISSUE THIS IS FROM YOUR SIDE

    @ViCustomerCare ,ur internet service is worst. neither i can able to contact customer support. @TRAI please look into this matter, how a customer can contact with service providers, when we call 198 ,u will stuck in infinite loop of unnecessary options.😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare India's fastest 4G network, my *** Fluctuating from 4G to 3G to no network within seconds Paid ₹299 for only getting network for 3 days!!! And complaining the rest days

    @ViCustomerCare Today after 3-4 years they atleast replied to us that the repeater installed at my premises is faulty and they don't have funds to replace the same. And they are not ashamed that the customer is facing problem and they don't have funds to solve customer issue .

    @ViCustomerCare I made complaint on vi app it's showing that my issue will be resolved by 6th September. I am facing problem since 19th august. I am unable to connect with anyone due to that problem.
