  Hey @ViCustomerCare, I have activated full DND on my number and yet I am receiving promotional messages. Tried reporting those via VI mobile app, but that never gets through. And half of these messages are from Vodafone-Idea.

  @ViCustomerCare Being an old customer I am sharing this. In last three days I have converted my two Vodafone numbers 9073355558, 9836160670 to Airtel because of very very very poor 4G network at office address Which prime location & heart of the city of Kolkata.

  @ViCustomerCare I only has jio the message on Vi cheating belongs to my friend he doesn't have twitter. He recorded calls with customer care heard and confirm Vi is cheaying public by debiting senior citizens main balance 4th and 11th March for unsolicited VAS he is moving consumer forum

  @ViCustomerCare What is up with my connection, when people are trying to call me they say, "it rings for a few times then if I fail to pick up the call, it gives the 'wrong' number message". I have been to the Vi centers multiple times, and no solutions worked. Please help
