@ViCustomerCare Finally after expending 500₹ i am able to use my no. After 10 day.I was without network from last 10 days. @ViCustomerCare give me 1 reason why i shouldn't port my number. @TRAI should take some action for service of idea Vodaphone.

@ViCustomerCare Check DM Pincode 303005 Village Chakwara Is there no generator system in the network in my area? Because the network is connected but when the electricity goes out, it is completely gone. Probably because it happens only when the electricity goes out.

@AkashMa90715462 @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium Exactly and now they have started doing fraudulent calls as well to stop customer from porting their number to Another operator!! Customer service is great even after requesting them multiple time not to close the complaint they will blindly close the case without any resolution

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone had deducted my balance for unknown service which i have not activated, Called customer care for 5 time from yesterday still didn't got my balance back. It is showing -94 rs.

Vodafone-Idea is the most pathetic service provider. They bill for the same services twice, on complaint they commit the wave off of wrong bill and confirm over call, then do a backtrack. How would this fraud go, @ViCustomerCare, and how far? Not with me. I am fed-up!
