    U guys ask d apt tym 2 call & Then y u don't call back at that time. Y? FYI, many of us don't have the luxury to have the mobile with us 24x7 @ work. When they give the time, the fetch the fone and wait 4 the call. Respect d customer's tym & ur commitment @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare customer services tem also admitted that Vodafone Idea team here doing business like a fish market . 1. Convinced for postpaid and after 20days connection will barred and when u lodge complain then clear the payment and do prepaid. Tera baap ka paisa hai be.

    @ViCustomerCare Plz don't disturb, As you are not eligible and capable to fix the network issue from last 6 months so I have already ported to Jio. Happy to leave you after a long 20 years. Overall a 3rd class network with 4th class service.

    @taapsee @VodafoneIN Jst few mins ago I got a call frm Ms.Shruti Vi SM team nd she gave me some technical term to get resolve my netwrk issue. Whn I askd her to give solution she kept me on hold for d long time nd she gave d same techncal term. dn't understnd y she kept me on hold nd gave d reason?
