@ViCustomerCare @virtualshyam We we're not expecting such a shameful act from a reputed company like @VodaIdea_NEWS . Please try solve this issue as soon as possible. When tried to to check previous history of this kind of complaints saw many unresolved tweets, hope this will not have same verdict.

@ViCustomerCare Dear Team, I have send the inbox sms and bill screenshot for extra charges but there is no break up for charges. Kindly check and revert. Very bad and pathetic services for Vi. If this kind of service I'm getting then will port the number to other networks.

@ViCustomerCare I have logged a complaint "#4-125532114212" on 6dec,2021. Now issue is first of all they take my complaint as feedback second they haven't provide any update on that complaint, look like they want to protect their DSA (Disguise selling agent).
