  @ViCustomerCare you guys need to shut down. Safe custody Was due to expire on 17 July so extended it on 10th July. Today was informed that safe custody has EXPIRED. Tried to reactivate the nunber. Request Was processed successfully yet number is suspended. You have just lost another RedX customer

  @ViCustomerCare I have port to VI from Jio. I have received the network but not able to get and send SMS. What to do? And what about the welcome free plan? Please guide.
