    This is very sad that how customers from NESA are deprived of all the facilities. I am trying to change the circle. They said that is also not possible from my home state. I am frustrated with the service. I am not able to get my OTPs. @ViCustomerCare @vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare if they want to be in the business (still) they have to listen to their customers because only and only customers (and some managerial decisions too) can get them out of the problems they are facing.

    @ViCustomerCare my idea number 7247888921 not working since monday this week. I raised complaint also but after 4 days still my number not active. Do you want consumer complaint and want face to face discussion in consumer court ? Please confirm or resolve issue.

    @ViCustomerCare severe trouble for SIM replacement for 9706028477. DL submitted but not accepted. And Agency don't accept Aadhar card or Indian Passport as ID proof. Strange. And No service centre at Bongaigoan Assam. Pathetic Service. @TRAI
