    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea company, which has come after changing it, wants to rob the people of Bihar and Jharkhand. His speaking is not supported and he has network for 10 years at the place where I am. Still no 4G.

    @ViCustomerCare bakwas company,No support,No information.I hav recharged 9135086466 with 179 on 4th jun. But from d date not able to use a single byte of internet. Not even able to upgrade my sim to 4G, Mini store asking 100 instead upgrading saying will replace,why?

    @ViCustomerCare I've reached out to your customer service team multiple times but they don't have any update apart from one scripted answer that it will be resolved by 9th June.
