    @VodafoneIN if you want to discontinue your service in INDIA please declare so... Your service has been absolutely horrible..I have 4 users in my family.All of us have to try 4 times to get successful connection to a call.. abrupt call drops.. and not even 2G speeds on 4G devices

    @TRAI # @ViCustomerCare network is cheating i made a recharge on 12/13 june 2022. I got a massage recharge is unsuccessful with reference id. They suspend my incoming sms at 13 june it self and incoming calls too. They said amount will be refunded in 7 days. Now 10 days gone..

    @DoT_India It has been over 1 month since I raised a complaint @ViCustomerCare that my outgoing sms is not working. I have called them a dozen times registered sample complaint dozen times still it has not been resolved. Please look into this...

    About the network in my area i was complaining to them via all sorts from past 1 year but this time i decided to tweet the progress everyday. They did sent their technicians for network tests but nothing has improved yet. @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare we are having total 4 connections of VI , from 3-4 days all connections are having network issues and call drop issues.whenever we call to customer care, they only tell it will be solved, even not passing call to their senior persons. Portability is only option.

    @ViCustomerCare Nobody understanding the concern here, it's 60days in total and since 30 days you guys are telling that you have forwarded/escalated to concern team, is this is your escalation which takes 30days, show me the proof that you have escalated the issue and to whome you have escalated
