    @ViCustomerCare pathetic services. Recharged multiple times, still not able to make calls or send SMS. It says, SIM services not active. Incoming is working though. Will port it to some other service soon.

    @ViCustomerCare There is common tower of airtel and VI that has been installed here at Village Rajamau, Tehsil Tiloi, Distt. Amethi, UP. But this tower is probably neglected by VI as it belongs to remote area. Services of data as well as voice are extremely poor.

    @ViCustomerCare My problem is that whenever i complain of slow network my data gets depleted without use. It has happened twice. Is it done to show that network was working properly or a message to me to not complain ? It only brings a bad name to the brand.Very Sad.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI From last 2 3 days text msg was not send from my idea number. And from last 2 days i was try to contact with VI customer care but when ever i call they told me that we have some technical issues so we are not able to give you details.
