    @ViCustomerCare such a poor service vodafone I am trying to switch from postpaid to prepaid... And from last 3 times request is getting rejected... VI store is saying they can't help... Customer care are clue less as always.... Doing all this with the loyal customers of vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare Still noone turned up to check the network status. If this will continues and there will be no solution of my issue, I will be forced to port my number to another service provider.
