    @ViCustomerCare Please Vi team reduce Vi stores, and expenses to survive in such poor cash crunch , and if you don't implement a stable network and pan India 5G , you may not even survive , forget profit in business !!

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been days, but nothing is resolved — primary no. still wrong, eSIM not activated, Aadhaar/surname/email not updated. ₹1000 charged, no service delivered. Full details & docs already mailed. Pls resolve in 3 days or I escalate to @TRAI.

    @ajayprabhun @AravSrinivas @ViCustomerCare Honestly been using them for a long time, the network isn't that bad, but prices are a tad bit higher comparatively. They just need to be creative with their plans, partnerships and fuel it with good PR..

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my number with plan of Rs 189 the amount got deducted from account and the transaction was successfull but the number is not recharged I tried multiple times to contact the customer care via call but your IVR system is so ****. Refund my money loosers.
