    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing the incoming call issue on my phone since yesterday & i have called customer care thrice and they said the issue will resolve in 4hrs and the issue persists.the problem is from ur side only & the reason customer care is provided is system down.

    @ViCustomerCare Really, Vodafone Executive have too much arrogancy & callous attitude when I approached for porting existing jio at vi store Rohini Sec-3, M2K & Rohini Sec-10. m2k vi store is refused to accept my request because it was prepaid porting & sec 10 vi store so rude.

    @ViCustomerCare All pathetic service and pathetic response…. Vi hired people only to torture people for payment even if you have paid said amount. No proper reply for your mail and concern. Their team of recovery call you like you done crime. Pathetic service…. I have fed up with treatment.
