  @ViCustomerCare It almost a 24 hour to raising complaint regarding my number network issue. But till now not getting any satisfactory answer. It is a big problem for me. I am not getting any call or msg even I couldn't call any one. This problem occurred from last 6 month.

  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I am with Vodafone for past 15 years. Presently I am in Canada and using international roaming since 2yrs. Suddenly I have no network coverage. I ordered new sim and got it personally however the same is also not working. Can someone help

  2/3 @ViCustomerCare Then second time when I went over there, at that time she told me that it's still showing pending. Now when I called your store again, I said to your agent that I will close stop my service with Vodafone at that time she is saying okay you can do it.

  @ViCustomerCare not able to make calls neither getting any msgs. Already made a complaint two days back again the same problem. If you can't provide good service in central Bangalore then it's better to switch to some other service provider
