    @ViCustomerCare hi what is this silly procedure of waiting in your store to receive a call from the customer care to confirm our request? I am at the store…telling them what I want. Obviously I’m sure. What a waste of our time.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey! I have lodged a complaint with vi customer care many times that there is a big problem of network here, and 4g service is also not available. But till now this problem has not been solved.
