    @ViCustomerCare No reply 😞. I am using Vodafone since 2014, now If you can't serve customers complains and can't provide network signals to your customers, then please tell us we will think of Jio or Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, as per Ms Neha ur Vi Store, Sector 11, Dwarka New Delhi store executive ur customer care executive responsible for email DON'T know the Vi policy. She didn't accept the confirmation to convert my number from Postpaid to Prepaid. I don't have money to Pay.
