    @ViCustomerCare I've been waiting for my problem resolution for 2 days yet my problem has not been solved and i got a call yesterday from VI and as per communication i was told that the benefits has been attached on ur no7415616224 but no solution yet ridiculous service by VI.

    @ViCustomerCare it's been happening repeatedly over the last couple of years, it's your last chance to resolve such issues & see to it that it doesnt recur. friends have already ported somewhere else, i dont know why i am waiting. cant remain patient any longer.

    @ViCustomerCare Your Customer Care executive don't even have the patience to listen to the customers complaints. They disconnect the calls half the way while talking. This is highly unprofessional.
