    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News From March 15, my Vodafone sim is not working at Gwalior,though my number is a postpaid. I raised this complaint to Vodafone customer care, but didn't receive any concrete response. Being a senior citizen it has put me into lot of inconvenience.

    @ViCustomerCare i just talked to a guy named suraj in VI NSP, Delhi. I started recording the conversation. And the way he was talking, His behavior, And everything was so rude.. He was just denying to see the mail vi sent them, For changing vi sim from postpaid to prepaid. Worst!

    @ViCustomerCare another Customer Care person Amit Verma, never answered my question about calls being forwarded to voicemail and charged at IR rates but saying wait for the April bill being generated. This is absurd. Money was charged for March also. Why calls are forwarded ?

    @ViCustomerCare I activated full dnd but the opposite is happening, i get more promotional and marketing calls than my regular calls, something is wrong with your service!! i have complained on the app its useless.

    Extremely poor service provided by @ViCustomerCare in our locality. I am tired to sharing this network issue to Vi authority. Too much poor net connection. Really unfortunate that I am Vi customer. Now regretting Vi network. By name of 4G service Vi provide 2G network service.
