Very poor network is being provided by @VodafoneIN in my area. And even today, seeing the speed of the network, it seems that despite complaining, it could not be cured. I think @VodafoneGroup is joking with its customer. @DoT_India @TRAI

Sometimes I think that I should take any other 4g connection because I live in up east alllhabad Rajapur area and here Vodafone network sucks not only 4g even 3g also. I request to @VodafoneIN to look into it please provide proper Vodafone 4g connection please ....

@ViCustomerCare Have asked to change from postpaid to prepaid, why I have to visit store to do that. What kind of service ur providing. Even nowadays, banks are taking documents on mail or on digital platform. If needed they, documentation can be done by ckyc.
