  @VodafoneIN Had to use Airtel hotspot as Vodaphone is not working even on 4G, It says no Internet. Rest of the times it gives me a E or nothing , total waist of money.

  @VodafoneIN Not yet, I called them many times and try to share my concern many times but there answer and my problem is same as six months ago, please suggest me that should I port my network to another network if Vodafone can't solve my issue.

  @TRAI @VodafoneIN don't know how others network providers can provide the data but vodafone can't . Seems like vodafone doesn't care his customers . I am using others data providers companies but faces very less issue but with vodafone and issues are very common .

  @VodafoneIN I didn't get any call from Vodafone yet. My concern has not been addressed. Yesterday I got a call but i call cannot be finished because the connectivity issue. I didn't get a call back again. DO NOT close the ticket without my permission.

  @VodafoneIN Got response from Vodafone that company is giving maximum network in that area . If this is your maximum service then you should not run your company. Seems like vodafone is forcing me to switch to another network . Completely unhappy with vodafone .

  @ViCustomerCare Till now no one gave update on Esim or Vowifi. Your customer care executive say, it will take 6 to 7 months to launch the services? What is the use. Airtel and Jio started these services very long back(Jan 2020) but you #vi total waste and keeping us in 2G @ 4G cost.

Go to Consumer forum, consumer grievance. Here you can apply for help and record everything. They won't help you until their *** is kicked.
