    @VodafoneIN There is no proper response from your helpline, how could be it possible that earlier i was using 4g service in my area and now it's not working and even not getting internet service properly and u guys are saying that a new site is proposed in my area... Sad very sad

    Very poor network is being provided by @VodafoneIN in my area. And even today, seeing the speed of the network, it seems that despite complaining, it could not be cured. I think @VodafoneGroup is joking with its customer. @DoT_India @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN I am well aware and it’s stupidity if you have lockdown and you are deducting balance without any reason. Customer should not suffer during this crisis time and the advisory on this was also issued by GOI.

    @VodafoneIN Got response from Vodafone that company is giving maximum network in that area . If this is your maximum service then you should not run your company. Seems like vodafone is forcing me to switch to another network . Completely unhappy with vodafone .

    @ViCustomerCare always very delay service notwithstanding to commitment given. I can’t port now as I have only 2 days including today to expiry of validity. Porting takes 4 days to get active how can I manage 2 days without phone service.

    @ViCustomerCare Your coverage map does not show 5g signal in Vasai, kindly clarify which part of Vasai has 5g available. Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.
