    @ViCustomerCare Kindly provide better Internet network at Chowk Ghantaghar Prayagraj. Complain indefinite no. of times, but the problem still exists. They(customer care executive) only say it get resolved, but #vodaidea provide even worse internet network now.

    @ViCustomerCare Data network is 4/4 still can't send a msg. It's been almost 6 hours called 198, got an answer sorry! call after 4 hours bcz that executive couldn't get that information bcz of their own network problem. Aisa hai Vi. Upset from this Vi. JIO👌

    @qri_us @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Facing the same problem for 40 days but there is no improvement in data speed and network. I don't know how Ookla gave it the best speed network. I will tweet to Ookla to check network in Prayagraj

    @ViCustomerCare will you pleasemuira place an additional tower in our area, I am not able to receive a signal inside our room which is quite inside...I do in want to switch from your network, if you increase your connectivity the rest of the students will switch to your network

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing strange kind of issue for past 5 months with Vodafone network on Redmi note 8 pro. Most of the apps aren't working on mobile data but as soon as you connect on wifi they work

    @ViCustomerCare - this is not resolved yet. Your customer care is argumentative and unhelpful. Fix both - Resolved! xxxxx ref no. UPW-V00437228609 was a temporary issue which is successfully resolved by our team.
