    @ViCustomerCare it's very pathatic response from Vodafone CS team I hv lodged a complaint but no update despite of being corporate connection ..nd even nodal officer no is not getting connection team resolve else I hv to take different route

    @ViCustomerCare Kindly provide better Internet network at Chowk Ghantaghar Prayagraj. Complain indefinite no. of times, but the problem still exists. They(customer care executive) only say it get resolved, but #vodaidea provide even worse internet network now.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service provider ..I am quitting and making port to jio provider..from last 20 days no service is provided of internet..their team only give excuse and dates..customer for 15 years now going to jio..vi India your decline has been started.

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Vi promised for full refund of 25 may bill considering their poor service n associated cost to customer considering the long relationship. It was all fake they did a partial refund, Cheated and took the money from my 2000 payment..since then following up, zero TRUST i have.
