@VodafoneIN Had to use Airtel hotspot as Vodaphone is not working even on 4G, It says no Internet. Rest of the times it gives me a E or nothing , total waist of money.

@VodafoneIN Got response from Vodafone that company is giving maximum network in that area . If this is your maximum service then you should not run your company. Seems like vodafone is forcing me to switch to another network . Completely unhappy with vodafone .

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @vodafone I have registered the complaint with complaint number 344-941-1122, on 14/8/2019 there is no action taken yet as there is a lot of network issues in my locality, your executive have promised me that the issue will solve by 19/8/2019.

@TRAI @VodafoneIN don't know how others network providers can provide the data but vodafone can't . Seems like vodafone doesn't care his customers . I am using others data providers companies but faces very less issue but with vodafone and issues are very common .

@ViCustomerCare Where have you mentioned this If Rs.49 was the min. amt to extend validity you should've mentioned this. Previous month I recharged with Rs39 then validity was extended. I think it's the time to port to some other reliable operator as your services and network both are not good.

@ViCustomerCare ever since Vodafone Idea merged, the service & internet issues have risen. I have this number since 2012 but I think now its time to port. Customer service is bad. It shows 4G & full bar but internet doesn’t work or is slow as 2G. Please find the screenshot below

@ViCustomerCare I can guess the update, your engineer will tell that the site is fully optimised and no further improvement possible. This is what i am listening from past 6 months. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare need to focus on network coverage and not on offer. Improve your service.
