    @VodafoneIN We still trust Vodafone & understand the issues faced due exiting competitor. All we need a better service of net & calling in every area we travel. If you provide better services for two years then it will give you more customer base in years to come.

    @ViCustomerCare Data network is 4/4 still can't send a msg. It's been almost 6 hours called 198, got an answer sorry! call after 4 hours bcz that executive couldn't get that information bcz of their own network problem. Aisa hai Vi. Upset from this Vi. JIO👌

    @VodafoneIN Humari baat adhuri reh jati hai call drop is major problem now.2-3 times I hv to call a person for complete talk. Now a new problem arise Iam getting a call but just few seconds of talk later it says 'kindly check the no. & dial again'. When I didn't dial then why should I check

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, your pre-call announcements are annoying. 1st agent told me to call 1930 cyber helpline, 2nd agent bluntly said "I can't do anything". Pathetic service! Stop wasting my time and deactivate these offers/announcements on my number ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?
