  @VodafoneIN I didn't get any call from Vodafone yet. My concern has not been addressed. Yesterday I got a call but i call cannot be finished because the connectivity issue. I didn't get a call back again. DO NOT close the ticket without my permission.

  @VodafoneIN We still trust Vodafone & understand the issues faced due exiting competitor. All we need a better service of net & calling in every area we travel. If you provide better services for two years then it will give you more customer base in years to come.

  @VodafoneIN Humari baat adhuri reh jati hai call drop is major problem now.2-3 times I hv to call a person for complete talk. Now a new problem arise Iam getting a call but just few seconds of talk later it says 'kindly check the no. & dial again'. When I didn't dial then why should I check

  @VodafoneIN Got response from Vodafone that company is giving maximum network in that area . If this is your maximum service then you should not run your company. Seems like vodafone is forcing me to switch to another network . Completely unhappy with vodafone .

  @VodafoneIN Had to use Airtel hotspot as Vodaphone is not working even on 4G, It says no Internet. Rest of the times it gives me a E or nothing , total waist of money.

  @TRAI @VodafoneIN don't know how others network providers can provide the data but vodafone can't . Seems like vodafone doesn't care his customers . I am using others data providers companies but faces very less issue but with vodafone and issues are very common .

  @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @vodafone I have registered the complaint with complaint number 344-941-1122, on 14/8/2019 there is no action taken yet as there is a lot of network issues in my locality, your executive have promised me that the issue will solve by 19/8/2019.

  @ViCustomerCare since last one week there is no network in my area,Allapalli pincode : 442703,MH. Due to which I am facing many problems such as Banking transaction, OTP etc. If issue not resolved immediately I may have to switch to best available network. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @ViCustomerCare finally decided to switch to another service provider after 16 years with Voda. Loot is happening from last 3 months with one pretext or the other. Customer service is to find customer fault not to resolve the problem.
