Hi @VodafoneIN in one of my no. Outgoing service is deactivated. I recharged that no yesterday with 50 and still outgoing is disabled. This is really frustrating i am unable to call anyone. Please help. 🙏🏻

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, from the past few weeks facing frequent call drops & connectivity issues. Unable to make calls and even receiving it, and when if it's connected to the caller, I face audio issues. I faced this and the person whoever is calling me (not the phone issue)

@porcoofine @VodafoneIN Well, this is an appreciation post for Vodafone. When all other networks are not working in kolkata, vodafone still managed with poor network. Something is better than nothing, managed to talk to my friend after 48hrs of long wait. Hope the network issue resolves soon. Thank you.
