When all other networks are not working in kolkata, vodafone still managed with poor network. Something is better than nothing, managed to talk to my friend after 48hrs of long wait. Unable to make calls and even receiving it, and when if it's connected to the caller, I face audio issues. I faced this and the person whoever is calling me (not the phone issue)

There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!

Not having a timeline means there’s no clear action or a way to resolve the issue in the near future. Do you expect me to stick with the network? Swap places and then imagine.
