@VodafoneIN the fluctuation of ur network is really irritating. Please make ur network consistent. U have amazing n/w data speed but the fluctuation spoils everything. Sometimes it changes to even 2G n/w.

Hi @VodafoneIN in one of my no. Outgoing service is deactivated. I recharged that no yesterday with 50 and still outgoing is disabled. This is really frustrating i am unable to call anyone. Please help. 🙏🏻

Something is better than nothing, managed to talk to my friend after 48hrs of long wait. Hope the network issue resolves soon. Thank you.

On BI customer care number I have lodged complaint, promised to resolve in 4 hour, but 5 hrs now, nothing changed.

@ViCustomerCare In every monthly bill I find an unauthorized charge of Rs.25 by you for downloading games. I do not download games. This has turned into a wilful harassment. When I complained on 198 they promised to cancel it. But today I received the bill with the same charge.
