When all other networks are not working in kolkata, vodafone still managed with poor network. Something is better than nothing, managed to talk to my friend after 48hrs of long wait. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.
