    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, from the past few weeks facing frequent call drops & connectivity issues. Unable to make calls and even receiving it, and when if it's connected to the caller, I face audio issues. I faced this and the person whoever is calling me (not the phone issue)

    @VodafoneIN I appreciate, bt there are many facing glitch in the network, unable to contact their families amid pandemic & cyclone Amphan in Kolkata. Please take up their cases & work on them with priority. I'm sure Vodafone will stand up with their loyal customers in these tough times. TY😊

    @VodafoneIN ur network is fluctuating so much from past few days. From 4G internet it come Edge network. This is really frustrating when u r working from home.

    @VodafoneIN Strange.Your agent calls and on pckng up in a secnd, is discnctd.Then I receive msg"Hi, your complaint for 8348488410 with Ref. No.C003-52596461472 has been resolved. If you are not satisfied, dial 198 to log appeal. Happy to help".Unhappy

    @porcoofine @VodafoneIN Well, this is an appreciation post for Vodafone. When all other networks are not working in kolkata, vodafone still managed with poor network. Something is better than nothing, managed to talk to my friend after 48hrs of long wait. Hope the network issue resolves soon. Thank you.

    @VodafoneIN the fluctuation of ur network is really irritating. Please make ur network consistent. U have amazing n/w data speed but the fluctuation spoils everything. Sometimes it changes to even 2G n/w.

    @ViCustomerCare I have reported the issue, this level of unprofessional support & system down issues is not tolerable. Also don't expect me to renew the system this time & I don't need your sales team to call me for renewals as I am already exploring other vendors for the internet.

    @Joy_Majumder__ @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Agree. But that's because of an under-utilised network. Once they begin adding subscribers, the speeds will decrease. I have already seen significant speed drops with Vi in Pune.

    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare The only reason I stopped using Vi is their problem with sending SMS due to this unable to activate upi, banking apps, tried resolving issue multiple times with customer care then in work fine for a week. Then again same issue

    @ViCustomerCare 2. Am I expected to update my PIN code every time I travel or move to a different area? The issue is clearly related to OTP delivery and network/service performance, not to a particular location.
