@porcoofine @VodafoneIN Well, this is an appreciation post for Vodafone. When all other networks are not working in kolkata, vodafone still managed with poor network. Something is better than nothing, managed to talk to my friend after 48hrs of long wait. Hope the network issue resolves soon. Thank you.

Hi @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service from the start up, paid for Porting and opted for the Home Sim Delivery, but utter surprise 2 days gone no call from your side. Requesting to refund the amount ASAP. Recent ported another no to #Airtel they have very prompt service.

@ViCustomerCare I lost a 12-year-old prepd sim, I headed to vi store to reissue the same number. Lady said I won't be able to get the same number in prepd but can get it in postpd. After my 3rd visit she gave me a sim and said it'll be actv in 24 hrs. 2days gone still no network.
