    Hi @VodafoneIN in one of my no. Outgoing service is deactivated. I recharged that no yesterday with 50 and still outgoing is disabled. This is really frustrating i am unable to call anyone. Please help. 🙏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, from the past few weeks facing frequent call drops & connectivity issues. Unable to make calls and even receiving it, and when if it's connected to the caller, I face audio issues. I faced this and the person whoever is calling me (not the phone issue)

    @VodafoneIN the fluctuation of ur network is really irritating. Please make ur network consistent. U have amazing n/w data speed but the fluctuation spoils everything. Sometimes it changes to even 2G n/w.

    @VodafoneIN ur network is fluctuating so much from past few days. From 4G internet it come Edge network. This is really frustrating when u r working from home.

    Gross negligence by @ViCustomerCare! MNP SIM delivered on 8th June, active on 10th, but NO network. Cust care says "SIM is damaged, visit store." Why should a solo woman travel to another town because VI delivered a faulty SIM? ₹365 recharge wasted, 7 days lost! Fix this ASAP!

    @ViCustomerCare iam mov out for jammu kashmir where prepaid roaming is not allowed Wamt to activate Call forwarding however everytime it's getting failed due to restrictions from vi Customer care is absolutely unprofessional in response !!

    There should be a "refund" option if your service provider is not able to provide network @ViCustomerCare do one thing, just simply warn your customers that you are not able to provide network in there area kindly switch to another network provider OR JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve
