Absolutely horrible service from @VodafoneIN it's been almost a month I have been facing the same problem. Tower shows full and also internet works just fine, however I can neither call nor receive. People calling me get to hear that my phone is busy.

@ViCustomerCare , Team going through very horrible experience. Reference number 3-105292929968. none of the online OTP is getting delivered for last two days along poor network and no internet and causing huge negative impact . Will need to port if issue does not solve ASAP.
