I think @ViCustomerCare should search some new excuses regarding worst network and data speed. We the consumers now got bored of listening that "we are trying our best to improve our network in your area, but we can't promise any date." This can be 2-3-4 ... years also.

@ViCustomerCare Hi there is serive got activated named jetsynt_thelolclub to my vi no. without my permission & money got deducted from my balance. I don't even don't know what is it.Deactivate the service ASAP & refund the amount and make sure to not repeat it next time. DMed no.

@gaurav_patange @ViCustomerCare They’ve already shut down 3G in 95% of the country! Airtel still has 3G in AP and Telangana Circle. It doesn’t matter to them because in this circle their coverage is the best and even beats Jio in performance.
