    Absolutely horrible service from @VodafoneIN it's been almost a month I have been facing the same problem. Tower shows full and also internet works just fine, however I can neither call nor receive. People calling me get to hear that my phone is busy.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare You people have your service worse by not providing sms plan with minimum plans. Not able to perform bank related works nor able to add bank accounts with upi. And just for the sake of sms y someone will recharge heavy plans.

    @ViCustomerCare Some circle of Vi has looped my number with customer care somehow. Mostly it is MP circle. Number rousted out means? Ported to other operator so taking revenge? Put a outgoing number in fix? Is that the strategy?

    @ViCustomerCare So far I have been patient with your caller but all I will do now is abuse anyone calling for Vi services/offers/support. Only Loosing customers will make the brand realise this mistake. Be ignorant!
