Absolutely horrible service from @VodafoneIN it's been almost a month I have been facing the same problem. Tower shows full and also internet works just fine, however I can neither call nor receive. People calling me get to hear that my phone is busy.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare @trai pls revisit or suggest escalation matrix for problems related to delivery of sms for porting. VI not allowing/not sending port sms to 1900. Basic plan 99 no sms 129 plan needs additional bal to send sms. See the basic amt needed to send a porting msg.
