@ViCustomerCare then ur network coverage and data speed deteriorated, I still continued using ur service. Now I am not receiving SMS sent to me by anyone. I have to manually toggle and deselect network to receive sms. (2/n)

Absolutely horrible service from @VodafoneIN it's been almost a month I have been facing the same problem. Tower shows full and also internet works just fine, however I can neither call nor receive. People calling me get to hear that my phone is busy.
