  Absolutely horrible service from @VodafoneIN it's been almost a month I have been facing the same problem. Tower shows full and also internet works just fine, however I can neither call nor receive. People calling me get to hear that my phone is busy.

  The place where I stay is a residential area of a smart City. None of tele company have full strength network outside or on terrace. No data , frequent call drops yet they charge us handsomely. @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @reliancejio all are same. Can't switch to better NW as well.

  @ViCustomerCare your service in Sikkim area is pathetic ... And whenever complained your executives have only one reply that ... This is the best we can provide .... Rest you can do anything. So indirectly they ask your users to change network ...

  @ViCustomerCare my Vodafone network is very slow and poor from past few weeks what is the issue with your network?! Max only 2 signal tower is there never shown fully Vodafone network on phone top of that internet is also not working since hours!! Pathetic network service

  @ViCustomerCare If you have to do refunding your customer's amount which you illegally activate plans than why this type fraud you doing.... Some poor people are recharged again in this case if they have no idea what happen in my sim. Shame on you @ViCustomerCare take note @TRAI this type fraud.
