    @ViCustomerCare Megha : This is very poor etiquette and the business practice being followed by Vi team, one side you guys are saying you are supportive and other side you become very rude & not hearing to Customer voice at all, Please restore my old billing plan!

    (3) after 10 mins he called me and told that your port request has been cancelled , did you sent 'cancel' to @ViCustomerCare on which i didn't , they called me not to port and were willing to provide me fancy offers but i refused and said i dont want it i want to port my no

    @ViCustomerCare I don't think I will find another customer service as shameless as VI. I may have sent 40 emails since the 5th of this month and received 60 auto acknowledgements from VI that they will call back, not to mention the several tweets I addressed to VI... NO REPLY!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I’m unable to make calls from my no since a month now and hv already complained. However everytime they call n say that I shud await resolution. Unable to ustd why they can’t change my sim despite repeated requests

    @ViCustomerCare @nkalra0123 just give the man his upc code without gimmicks 1900 should be toll free the reason to port is we dont want to be on ur network, but even to port out we have buy monthly active plan,capitalism at its best

    (4) jio guy advised me to have a word with @ViCustomerCare so i called them on which they gave me stupid reasons like if you did not sent request within 4-5 days your port in request gets cancelled , even mentioned something like uttp no which i get to know they are fooling me
