@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Rather we didn't get any option to choose any Plan. Now they demanding all money to PORT out and have even stopped service on De-bundled number. First they give excuse that if it is in Bundle you cannot port out and now this. Just extorting money from consumer.

@ViCustomerCare I don't see a point in staying with Vi, i compromised on 5G when every other network is already there. And now a simple issue takes 5 days to be resolved. I need to pay off a loan to which I need the OTP. Are you going to bear the 5 days interest for it? Totally disappointed!!

@SahilBulla @ViCustomerCare Never go for @ViCustomerCare....While buying connection they will call you 1000 times and do marketing and once u buy the connection they wont give a damm.....Its one of d worst customer support
