    My Vi number was inactive for 3 months. Did ₹299 recharge on 10 Aug & another today, but services still blocked. Store staff giving fake reasons. Fix this. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare my number is showing “no service” since last two days. It happened last week and started on its own. Not again same thing. Work n personal life is getting disrupted because of this.

    Sent DM to @ViCustomerCare as asked, but NO response or resolution yet. Total 9 days of backend service block on 89488xxx92 despite ₹598 deducted. If not resolved tonight, filing an official harassment & fraud case with @ConsumerAffairs & @TRAI tomorrow morning.

    Switch to @ViCustomerCare ; their service is much better than @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare across India - I’ve noticed this myself after using #vodafoneidea . Also, Vi's recharge plans are affordable, and the service is excellent. Put an end to this Airtel-Jio duopoly. #airtel

    @ViCustomerCare FYI I have two numbers in my family but non of them has network at the said site. Before it was better. Again I state if you can't give network service then let me know the same. I will take my decision. Uncountable times I made complains about it. @AdityaBirlaGrp @TRAI

    It's so pathetic that @ViCustomerCare doesn't work at all. All the time slow speed, internet doesn't work, no network coverage... Wat it always play dead? So irritating & disturbin!

    Switched to @ViCustomerCare from Jio & facing the worst experience ever! * Indoor: Zero network (cross symbol) * Outdoor: Barely 1 bar; even on full signal, call quality is pathetic * 4G voice/data is totally unusable Care asks to wait "few days" to 6 months! Fix it or port.

    @ViCustomerCare already shared my information but why you not helping?? issue is just with my Vi number , not with other Vi numbers. Just only on my number, network gets switch to 2g when someone calls me, this is frustratin @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
