It appears the first thing taught to @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN staff is 'take the customer's money'. And the second is "don't ever ever return the money for any reason." No wonder the company is able to stay afloat and raising more money.

@ViCustomerCare I recharged for Rs. 47 yesterday. Money was deducted from my account but I didn't got succesful recharge till now. Money hasn't been refunded too. Is this your customer care? Is this your responsibility towards a customer?
