    @ViCustomerCare After seeing this don't give the pre-recorded answer that the customer has opted for the callertune service. And as a goodwill gesture,we are returning the balance. Bcz if that's so, your company won't have deducted the balance.

    @ViCustomerCare it's been more than 2 days still there no VI network in my phone , I am unable to make or receive any call and messages going through a big loss from past 2 days My business has impacted badly . Please try to understand and help
