    @ViCustomerCare Hi team please note my wife is facing severe call drop and no calls getting connected issue since quite sometime, recently we got her sim card replaced with a new Vi sim thinking that it might help. It has increased the network issues. Request for urgent help.

    From the last 10 years i am loyal customer of Vodafone idea @ViCustomerCare regret to inform you i am going to port my Vi sim to another network provider likely jio or Airtel , due to your service all thanks to @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Very worst service. It's been 48 hours and no one has ever called from local delivery team. Your social media agents are also unhelpful and telling to wait. This proves why no one buys Vi. Better refund my amount. I will stay with Jio

    @ViCustomerCare recharge done but still no service, can’t make calls at all. Called support and they disconnected without resolving. This is extremely frustrating. Fix this immediately! #poorservice😠
