    @ViCustomerCare very bad netwok no hd calls . In previous complaints they gave me fake confirmation that they have solved the problem. But the problems is still there , so finally i m porting in jio.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare The reason why your stock prices are down is because you are looting your customers with unwanted Value Added Services and wasting their time in deactivating and getting refunds for them. Spend time in servicing your existing customers more than acquiring.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network and Internet speed from Vodafone 4G. Complaint many times but still i am Facing network fluctuation and Slow Internet Issue in my Area. Customer care is also not Solving my complaints.

    Be aware people , do not get into using Vi postpaid or prepaid .. their customer support isn't any good and once you port out they create problems for you !! @ViCustomerCare thought you're there to sort out issues but I guess you're not available at all! #VodafoneIdea
