    @ViCustomerCare No response even after raising a complaint. This shows complete negligence & lack of accountability. I paid ₹6000 for roaming and received zero service in Feb & faced similar issue. Still no calls or data working. If not resolved immediately, I’ll escalate to @TRAI and port out

    What happened @ViCustomerCare unable to recharge ur subscription, ur app unresponsive regarding for same. tried 2 times attempts both time failed any issue arising in ur system or bug, update me...🙏🙏🙏

    @ViCustomerCare And yet I go through this everytime. When I try to open your app using your internet, your app doesn't work. Imagine your Internet cannot support your application's Internet requirements.

    @ViCustomerCare As per my talk with customer support executive, below are the 2 suggesttion 1. Plz introduce some incoming OTP plans with low value and limited period 2. There should be less validay talk time/period recharges should be there for occasional user. Currently there is 179 plan only
