    @VodafoneIN My wife phone two sim lost,went to police complained,met your officials at Kolkata near Naktolla for blocking both issue duplicate with same number.Instead ask to send mail to mail ID that do not exist .Today through customer care got another mail ID and asked for duplicate sim

    @VodafoneIN the network was quite in my area post Amphan, but for the past two days, the performance has dropped again. Throughout the day, there's almost no network, the only time I'm getting it is between 12a.m. till 9 in morning.

    Highly disappointed with @VodafoneIN Their ‘Happy to help’ tagline is just a hoax. I’ve been emailing, dm’ing, constantly tried to connect to customer service department but I failed miserably. Since I have already recharged till September 2020, I have no options. #Vodafone

    @VodafoneIN Using post paid connections,visited park street VStores,submitted applications to migrate from post to pre paid service.Survey person came after 7 days w/o informing,not having seen me returned. That was b4 lockdown now asking again to make fresh applications.

    @VodafoneIN here at Babubazar, kolkata my internet is not working i have to use jio wifi for using internet hahaha. I have send you my address in message 3 times but its not working again. Hope you will solve the issue otherwise i will definitely change my sim and choose JIO sim.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is the worst customer care service as per my experience its been 1 month i am suffering from my mobile data problem and i have also raised complaint through mail, the response of is was that they will resolve it by 4th of Aug 22. But still no improvement.

    @ViCustomerCare first of all please remove your cover image from twitter that u r fastest network. See @Speedtest show your reality. I pay for 4G Fast network and u deliver worst. Even @BSNLCorporate 3G network is faster then you. I facing network issue every 15-20 days.
