    I don't know anything but I want my money back. And yes forgot one thing your customer care executive even said this issue is happening with lots of other user's also. So you might wanna take some action before customers take legal action you..!! @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN I came to Vodafone from jio just for getting Strong & fast Internet and voice connection. But now i feel i am wrong, Vodafone provided much more poor connectivity than jio.. Worst, even customers service are not friendly. Cant fix problems 😣

    @VodafoneIN extremely rude staff at voda parkstreet store avik and arpan . Had entered to find intl roaming charges on a prepaid number .they kept asking me to give them a voda number and or my mobile number and didn't share a basic info.stock prices no wonder in single digit

    @VodafoneIN I had recharge my number for Rs 45 plan and as nothing was mentioned in it I had recharged it, but then as I didn't get it in my main balance I called up customer service and I came to know that it'll be added as a secondary account.

Whose goin 2pay for reduced phone battery life,which caused replacin 2 iphones.Costed me 1 lacs rs.R u ready 2compensate for it

    @ViCustomerCare It is really unfortunate that despite sharing the problem on DM, the problem is not solved in 1.5 days. A simple recharge which gets activated in 6 seconds, hasn't got activated in 6 days. Again, feel sorry for you!

    @ViCustomerCare I m a customer of VI from last 10 years. Purchased a new postpaid in month of Nov 2020. Staff behavoiur is pathetic. They are not at all bother of customer satisfaction. Ladies never spoked in good manner. Same was complaint mail send, but no revert.
