Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

Few calls from Unknown Numbers also and No Caller ID masking. Is it legal to make calls to customers from Unknown Numbers

Was hvng strng faith and trust wid vi but day by after the tower service is getting worst. I'm just skeptic aboit breaking relationship over here.
