    @MehtaKiran3 @VodafoneIN @gschahal I'm facing the same problem. I have discontinued a VAS in November'19. Vodafone is charging me every month & then after numerous mails reversing it. Finally I had to complain in the Consumer Helpline. Finally I have not been charged for the VAS this month. #vodafoneidea

    @VodafoneIN facing call drop & internet speed issue from last 5 days at my location kolkata 700011. I never expect this kind of service from vodafone earlier I complain against jio for the same & now vodafone on the same way. Call get disconnected & after several second .

    @VodafoneIN Either solve the problem of false billing which has been pending since April 2020 or guide me to port my postpaid no. 9830916740 to @reliancejio. After spending 6 long years, you just forcefully incurred late payment fee from me in this emergency situation..well done!

    @VodafoneIN Hey Vodafone internet 4g speed is very slow in jadavpur, South Kolkata.. can't expect this much slow from Vodafone that too at the heart of city.. also what's the benefit of using postpaid connection if speed is that much slow. Please do something.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Got old sim replaced today with a new one.After 6 hours,there’s sill no network.Called customer care 5 times, no resolution,have been told to go to the Vi store on Monday. 3 hour thing turns to more than 40 hours for a paid service. Disappointed!!

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence Done portability from Vodafone to Airtel in June after completing all due payment,Suddenly Airtel suspended my number without even notifying. Worst part is none of them are answering and ready to resolve this issue. Very bad customer experience

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , your 3g or 4g network is not present in vijethua mahabiran which is main temple in our area, you should provide 4g network in this temple, I am tweeting 1 km away from temple premises due to network unavailability I regret to become your postpaid customer 🤦
