    @ViCustomerCare In indore only 1 point or 2 from 5 sometime disappeared. For getting otp ,have to go outside. The net speed is only 300kbps when We use #vodafoneidea . Out side some improve when we complaint about it .Before 3 months it was good but this one time not so good.

    @ViCustomerCare cheating customer where is my refund your customer care is fooling around. I have messaged you on DM @DoT_India kindly take action Vodafone charges 300 rupees for postpaid and on closure do not refund. They say their system is not able to refund.

    @ViCustomerCare It is clear that if a customer get validity increase . He can get incoming ,outgoing sms and call. It is his right. If company denied to it on acount besis it is against the national agenda of digital India. It can charge but not to denied.@VodafoneGroup
