    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Mobile number is 8008158782 ..Sim was not working..so collected new sim y'day from Bhubaneswar.Till now it has been almost 24 hrs and it has not been activated..What a customer care u hv? Very worst exp ..alt number 8008803014

    @ViCustomerCare My family and myself are using vodafone number since 10+years now. I am surprised to see various packages offered at different times. I am lost today with no one standard tariff for one package just taken for my family member 4 days ago. Can someone from VI help??

    @ViCustomerCare Shifting to jio today as even after multiple complaints you could not send an engineer to detect issue and have it fixed. All you do is register a complaints and close it without resolving...adieu

    @ViCustomerCare He has already done that. Wrote to you on FB but no one has bothered since the message is on PM and not on a public platform. 5 days in Dubai with an unlimited intnl roaming package and the roaming hasn’t been activated. You people should shut down your company . #ViaSucks

    @ViCustomerCare I am using since 9 years service of VI. Since 3 years it's very bed experience, whenever time come for recharge they disappear offers telling in your account there is no best offers and after recharge we are getting pop ups you have best offers. It happened 5 time
