@ViCustomerCare Better to club with BSNL network.BSNL is far better than your network.Even it is 3g but far better than your 5G, Worst customer Support. Whenever i post new tweet then team will contact me and says within 48 hours we'll solve your issue but later no one will look into the issue.

@ViCustomerCare Whenever i post a new tweet then only your team will contact me later you won't look into the issue. Your team will contact me and says give us 48 hours we'll resolve your issue. But you are not solving my issue from last 2 months. Worst network ever.

Hey @ViCustomerCare my dad is a senior citizen had to travel thrice to your shop in #dombivli to change a corporate account to his name. Despite giving all documents and agent taking his photo. We get a message there is an issue with the photo. #VodafoneIdea
