    @ViCustomerCare Hi @ViCustomerCare your customer care called me to say that even if I don’t answer calls, I will be charged for them. How come you’ve decided to cheat customers only now over the last 2 months? You’ve missed out on years of unfair charges then.

    @ViCustomerCare a customer calls 199 with a query pls keep it professional to ans query. Don't ask stupid questions like who are you, what's your father's name? Do customers ever bother to check the full name of your executive or CEO. Resolve query. @MaharashtraLSA @DoT_India
