@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service you are running. You ask us to choose VI movies and OTT for free and in the middle of month you change it to paid and charge it to postpaid bill. Shame on you. Begging is better than cheating customers like this.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Your International Roaming doesn't work in the Philippines. I lost money by buying 2 IR packs. Remove Philippines option from your IR packs so others need not face the same issue
