@VodafoneIN I'm using Vodafone 4G. But the internet speed is most of the times very much slow. Youtube video can't be played then. Very much disappointed!!!

There is no option to talk to customer executive directly you just have to talk with IVR and stay in problem for eternity @ViCustomerCare

@AdvocateMaiti @ViCustomerCare In Vi Prepaid plans No Service Validity means , the plan requires a validity plan ( existing plan/base plan) to run along Rs 999 of vi • Validity 365days ( expiry from your vi account ) • No service validity ( meaning requires a existing base validity plan )
