    Pathetic service!!! Vodafone network is down in Halisahar Nabanagar(West Bengal), especially can't able to call and receive properly. Still haven't fixed this issue. Resolve it ASAP. @VodafoneIN

    WTF! Hell with your internet services @VodafoneIN atleast try to improve your network to make calls properly.. We are using 4G services not 2G

    Has anyone else had trouble connecting with customer support on VI network? Like lost in IVR options The IVR seems to be built so complex intentionally. @ViCustomerCare
