@ViCustomerCare , one , corporate account mobile no. is not getting activated after converting from 3G to 4G SIM .The customer care no. are hopeless & pathetic situation . Our corporate acccount with VI since more than 10 years . The mobile no. is inactive since 4 days SOS.

@ViCustomerCare seems all this delay in conversion from post to pre-paid is to bill the customer for the delay at your end, quite the defrauding. And the staff at you kiosk at GreenParkMarket,Delhi is doing me a big favour apparently.

disappointing service by @ViCustomerCare . I payed for a new sim todya morning.. and gave all the details properly. I got 2 calls from 2 different cities asking my location for delivery & after that i made 7 calls to Vi . No response/cut the call/il reach in 5 mins. Its been 8hrs

I dont why, after recharging for almost 800 The hands down worst internet is @ViCustomerCare Only whatsapp works most of the time Note - its not towerless area as during binge night times i get speeds greater than 20MB/s thats 160mbps
