The customer support Manager at @ViCustomerCare Vasai branch is very rude to customers. Already, i had bought a new postpaid #VodafoneIdea sim however, whn i went to buy another sim of my choice no the mgr gets upset saying ppl come here with any no. & expect that to be issued.

@ViCustomerCare I have tried to port our number in vi but mini store are charging Rs 365. While his website mention port facilities are free of cost. Don't know what is vi policy. Which cause maximum customer not agree to port in vi.
