    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI very poor experience at Vodafone idea store, Poonam chambers, Nagpur. We had gone for tranfer of ownership prepaid connection from me to father as am traveling abroad. I was told there is no process & staff gave unconvincing reason as to why not possible.
