@ViCustomerCare @VinitaDeshmukh So my husband took an international roaming pack for a month . He travels abroad the phone works for 2 days and then goes blank. With much difficulty he contacts the customer care who promise to look into it. Nothing happens .

@ViCustomerCare hi I requested for the port. It was processed on Wednesday. I was promised my port will be done in the next 2 working days. It is almost more than 3 working days. My previous airtel sim has no network and your services haven't started yet. It is so inconvenient.

@ViCustomerCare I was a loyal customer of @ViCustomerCare since the last 29 years, right from where Essar started operations in India. Your pathetic roaming service in India & abroad forced me to port. Vi is a sinking ship & nobody can save it.

@ViCustomerCare (part1) I got a replacement Vi SIM on 5 Sep 2025 after losing my phone on 4 Sep but this replacement Sim has not been activated even 40 hours after being issued. Local Vi Service Center guys are not helping. Dont know what to do.
