    @ViCustomerCare RTN-V01953501666 for your reference Actual network problem is at my hometown Ayyampettai, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu - 614201 — not Bengaluru. Your own engineer confirmed it’s a tower-side issue, but no update yet. This is causing major inconvenience. Please act urgently.
