@SuryaRSS1992 @ViCustomerCare They will not resolve this issue. They will ask us to recharge more than ₹128 pack for sms.. They are making fools of their customers. They have blocked sms outgoing facility where recharge is less than ₹128. Porting is best option.

@ViCustomerCare It's absolutely baffling to see that I am being charged Rs. 1604 for a Rs. 390 postpaid plan. The worst part is that there is no reconciliation. I think I made the right call by porting from your network. Do you guys even have any ethics ?
