    @VodafoneIN service are very poor in all over Mau network n data from 6 month,getting poorer day by day ,Call drop , 2G network .All the @VodafoneIN user are feel cheated .Plz resolve issue as soon as possible neither we will port to another network .

    I am Complaining since 30 days but your team sucks they are not doing their work honestly @VodafoneIN is fraud totally fraud ...we are paying our bills but you are fooling us your internet speed is worst ever and call drop Everytime... Just solve our problem or **** off.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare As expected your team called and refused to help. Told them I’ve been trying to port this out and I was told I will highlight to a senior a cut the phone. Huge problems with your customer service. @TRAI pls make a note of all this.

    @ViCustomerCare Your coverage map does not show 5g signal in Vasai, kindly clarify which part of Vasai has 5g available. Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.

    @ViCustomerCare the delay service attitude pushing you to reduce the customers to vi. Inspite of huge losses you are still not active. Who will be ready to join you without proper service & no 5G but recharge with high cost. Bsnl is better as per their tariff & service.
