@VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

@ViCustomerCare After power cut mobile signal zero . And i think no have any additional power backup Again my problem get closed without resolving. In reality no one visited the nearest site to evaluate the actual problem. You simply closed my complaints no.

@ViCustomerCare I cannot believe your service has gone from bad to worst. I cannot make call as it doesn't even ring to number dialed 4G speed is so pathetic that I feel I am using 2G. Switched to @reliancejio never faced any problem but coming back to vodafone was a mistake

@ViCustomerCare Received response says "top side already showing recharge for 955XXXXXXX" "My question is why your system changed the pre-selected number in first place?" You will make any changes and put customer at fault is that customer service for you?
