    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @ViCustomerCare @arjunay_aham Sir! 97296-29874 is my 2nd Vi CNo.whose balance lessened by Rs20/=in name of a game, we never opted.I am70+, wife66+, have no intt such game. Not good for Vi play such tactics. For Godsake,spare olds/ex-servicemen. Give credit atonce & ensure no repitition

    @ViCustomerCare This is ridiculous. I have requested your customer care representative to change my postpaid connection to prepaid. But still after agreeing the postpaid charges are continued to be levied when I have not used the connection. This is really disgusting.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team really disappointed from your customer care team i am facing issue in speed and no one is responding propery. I have file the complaint 4 times and they are saying it will take 90 days to resove your issue. Really worst experience.
