    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @ViCustomerCare again same problem come ,signal automatic switch from 4g to 3g to 2g and then gone ..... And also speed of internet slow sometimes. Again this problem came .... I don't know what is happening with the vi service that it not providing the service now.

    @TRAI Sir/Madam, I am not been able to port the Sim to another operator from VI because they stopped SMS service to 1900 from my number. This is against MNP rules provided by you. Kindly take necessary action. I have sent a mail to you as well regarding the same. @ViCustomerCare

    @TelecomTalk Customers started ignoring @ViCustomerCare .Then what is the use of plans.@TelecomTalk why can't you write on poor service of #vi, see they are charging at par with Airtel and Jio but not providing, Vowifi, esim for apple watch & better indoor 4G coverage.
