@VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

@ViCustomerCare Well! The agent informed me that the kyc is not done on the number and I need to get it into postpaid to process the request asap else it will take indefinite time. I spoke to customer care rep who informed that they have some targets that's why they lied, I have the recording.
