    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    @ViCustomerCare highly unprofessional we have paid our bill since a week , still bill payment does not update inspite of mutliple follow ups and emails sent, numbers getting disconnected, will port all the numbers , rubbish service, extremley disappointed

    @ViCustomerCare Worst Network and pathetic customer care, since last 4 months when I porten in Vi they are unable to resolve the Network issue and just keep on saying we are working on it. This private company like Vi is worst then Government Telecom companies.

    @ViCustomerCare No I'm done. I've been fighting this battle since last 6 months, final nail in the coffin was the network failing me this time as well. I had to buy a local sim to survive. Not going through this again.
