    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @ViCustomerCare my vi number 9673503020 is not receiving and sending any sms even after recharging.i have tried calling customer care but there is no option to talk to customer care.i am having problems for receiving otp and other stuff.

    It seems that @ViCustomerCare registered my complaint and gave me a formal call without taking any action or resolution they are closing my complaint. Too strange & in hurry to close the complaint without resolution or nowadays it's becoming a trend. @DoT_India #DOTSeva
