    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    @ViCustomerCare Have received the call and again same story and process which is not acceptable at all. Have to think about portability with other services provider as you guys are not taking their customer seriously...

    @ViCustomerCare ... Been idea prepaid overseas customer for many years. Paying my dues. Use my India cell for financials in India. Now no trace of my prepaid phones. This is travesty... paid my due through Dec 2021. Horrible. So much for being faster network in India

    Hey @ViCustomerCare your service is very pathetic in Varanasi (221001). Signal is 4G but of no use. It even fails to load simple web pages. I had used Idea number before here and it used to be superb but seems after merger, your network has gone pathetic. Please improve network.
