@VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

I have been charged multiple times for accecing playzone, TELESYNC GAMES which i have never accessed or downloaded.and every time Rs 7 has been deducted from my balance without my concern.@ViCustomerCare
