    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @__shreyas @saravnapriyan Yes they blame the customer but quietly refund the money. They play hit and run, they're collecting revenue and covering losses from innocent people like us. If a person calls refund it, if they doesn't call enjoy the deduction. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I have been facing strange kind of issue for past 5 months with Vodafone network on Redmi note 8 pro. Most of the apps aren't working on mobile data but as soon as you connect on wifi they work

    @ViCustomerCare - this is not resolved yet. Your customer care is argumentative and unhelpful. Fix both - Resolved! xxxxx ref no. UPW-V00437228609 was a temporary issue which is successfully resolved by our team.

    @ViCustomerCare I requested porting from Vodafone, due to frequent call drops and very slow internet speeds (edge instead of 4g) I have been bombarded with calls from your executives who can't take no for an answer. This amounts to harassment. Very Unprofessional.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite having volte enabled network switch to 2g on calling & data off. Speed is like 2g. I can't stay with the ****** network. Back to airtel soon.
