    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    I paid Rs 450. Rs 400 for recharge and Rs 50 as service charge. If the store person can't do their job/service on time why collecting service charge? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have network issues since 1 month,I already complained about this 4 times but no improvement yet,i called customer-care but they not give proper answers and they told me i’ll transfer your call to senior, after that i waited 30 minutes but no one response.

    I am unable to get Vi 4G data & network in my area shivaji nagar colony , mahui sudharpur , rustampur Gorakhpur district(near bagah baba) , U.P. 273016. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. When I manually search only 4G signs show but no data access.Thanks @ViCustomerCare
