Their excuse is that company policies don't allow them to refund customer's money, even when no service was provided.

When someone calls me and I pickup the call, it gets connect and your sytem speaks "you have dialed a wrong number" in between. Whtas the wrong?

Was hvng strng faith and trust wid vi but day by after the tower service is getting worst. I'm just skeptic aboit breaking relationship over here. He used to receive no support from the team whenever some issue arises. Then finally he moved to @reliancejio and the experience is amazing so far. The quality of service is far better from other operators 👍
