    @VodafoneIN @Idea I just got a call from your customer care that my 499 plan is automatically getting changed to 999 with some bullshit added benefits. With whose permission is he changing my plan. If any of this happens I will report it and port to #Jio or #Airtel

    The support and service of @idea_cares @Idea @VodafoneIN is pathetic. I am chasing since October 2019 for my mobile 9911338555 . Now only option left of consumers court . Also have to claim the compensation for cheating

    @VodafoneIN Hi Vodafone Team, Issue has reoccurred. Last time it was told that the permanent fox has been done. But yet again the same issue at the month end. Can this be rectified without any delay as you already know the root cause. @VodafoneIN

    Please update when the permanent resolution will be given by you @Idea @idea_cares @VodafoneIN for mobile number 9911338555. I paid the advance rental till September 2021 but still my number is permanently deactivated. So I need the refund else issue the sim @DoT_India @TRAI

    @Idea seems like internet in my area went to worst from bad after completing merger with @VodafoneIN recently . Our Vodafone numbers works still good, but on idea numbers, internet not crossing 50kbps. Location mapped

    @ViCustomerCare Don't switch to VI as i am a VI user. Believe me VI is worst than BSNL even they don't have money to purchase diesel to power in their generator. VI network gone all out if electricity is not in your area. That kind of Poor people they r. If @ViCustomerCare hve no money band kr
