    @ViCustomerCare , it seems that vi doesn't care about customers. I have been chasing for 5G network since February 2026 and still no action is done on the same. Also nobody replied in the email as well. Very disappointed

    @ViCustomerCare Disappointed with the service at your Aurangabad, Bihar store (MG Rd, near JK Hotel). The partner's brutal. I went for a new SIM and a specific number, but was flatly declined and mistreated. This is a storenot a roadside stand do better. 😡 #Vi #CustomerService

    Every alternate month I have to face the same problems. Are you guys going to refund the money I recharge for this useless service? It takes your team 10-15 days just to fix basic network issues. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.
