@ViCustomerCare From last two and half months you pops are hrrassing me, of course this shows the failure of vi customer care service. You are not even following the tri regulations as you have not mentioned the number of your nodal officer to make a complaint against vi.

@ViCustomerCare, porting out aftr 5+yrs of worst service. Waited patiently bcoz I was with Idea for 15+yrs. U hav woken up today, ur reps r harassing me w/ calls. U cudnt do anything in 5 yrs & reps can change things? Seems like no one understands what customer experience means.
