    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare 24hours I complained about non stop spam calls for tariff increase by Vi & all you could do is take my phone number and not respond. Not even an acknowledgment or message! Vi is not as slow when it comes to spam calling customers. Pathetic response

    @ViCustomerCare something wrong in ur system,till now i had noticed a cross connection in call, now I'm witnessing cross connection in SMS. I have never sent the msg but other party received it. I have received the SMS which somebody was sending to someone else. Correct this.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been more than two weeks and as soon as the electricity in my area goes down, the Vodafone connection also becomes unavailable. By unavailable, I mean that it shows "Emergency calls only". What are you even charging us for?

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing frequent call drops, unable to call , break in voice etc since past 2 months in my area .Despite raising complaints nothing happened. Kindly also note this issue is faced by everyone in my area. Now if not resolved i will port all number approx15-16
