    @ViCustomerCare I spoke to customer care they said that my packs data has been de activated but free calls remains active. It's due to activation of pack when there is another pack. Usually second pack continues once first pack completed. But in this case it doesn't happen.

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday Vi informed that due to technical issue you service has been terminated. Today I received msg that due to outstanding amount 588.82(actual due date 16.04.2021) you service has been terminated. I have made payment, now resolve issue C003-103439488421

    @ViCustomerCare My mobile have both VI sim. In one sim the internet access is constant but on another sim internel automatically on off after 1-1 mint. Means now internet is working and after 1 mint internet stop working looks like someone disconnected mobile data. Pls help
