    @ViCustomerCare I am not sure what's wrong with VI as in this pandemic and people are dependent on network for office and other important works but they don't even care. It's been 8 days now since facing bad network in my area and they don't even care. #vidown

    @ViCustomerCare i am users from 3 year but fake promises to customer or customer representative are totally lack of knowledge . I recharged 719 plan but fake advertising provide to customer plan shows 2gb per day but provided 1.50 GB per day no solution till now as complaint 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare U and ur team's obvious KRA is to only mention awaiting response, to be able to close issue without resolution. Issue is very clearly mentioned in initial message. And if you have intent to resolve, you can fetch it from your own records. Or is it that you don't have any records?

    @ViCustomerCare You guys are pathetic... Even yesterday didn't received sim... It will be better if you can initiate refund of my amount paid. I can see the service at your sales point and can imagine how pathetic will be post sales service. So request you to kindly initiate refund.
