    @ViCustomerCare claims that they have a great network in india. But the truth is from past five days there is no network in my are and thats the reason I am facing issue @VodaIdea_NEWS should circulate this news that we have a plan in which you will get bill only no call/sms

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I switched to your service through MNP, & was given lifetime incoming validity, but now me has to recharge ₹49 every 14 days for incoming calls. So I wanna switch to another network, but messaging needs another recharge, kindly solve the issue so I can.

    @ViCustomerCare From last few days Vodafone service is worst. While making any call and almost all calls to Jio network the call gets disconnected showing error "line busy". What the hell is this.

    @ViCustomerCare On Weekends complete No Service almost for 24 Hours.And because of that Many of friends and elders already shifted to Jio and Airtel. But I have firm believe that Vi will improve its Service.

    @ViCustomerCare PATHETIC service continues.. Lies telling u tried to contact me. Tellin you don't have coverage in 400086 pincode aftr 4 yrs use. Strangely trying to call on no. that is down instead of alternate no. provided. No wonder people are switching from Vi. ADD ME to it
