    In Baur village of Bansdih tehsil of Ballia district, your network is in bad shape, your engineers come and inspect it from outside and the real problem is inside the village, finally we give money if it is so We will be forced to leave your network.@Idea @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare claims that they have a great network in india. But the truth is from past five days there is no network in my are and thats the reason I am facing issue @VodaIdea_NEWS should circulate this news that we have a plan in which you will get bill only no call/sms

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    Disappointed @ViCustomerCare ₹749 + taxes charged as Intl. roaming while I was in Sikkim (India). Last month's bill had similar charges too, which I unknowingly paid. Complaint raised, but bill is due in 3 days while resolution is in 5. A loyal customer for 15+yrs DM me for dtls
