    In Baur village of Bansdih tehsil of Ballia district, your network is in bad shape, your engineers come and inspect it from outside and the real problem is inside the village, finally we give money if it is so We will be forced to leave your network.@Idea @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare your tech support crashed my sim on September 12th while I was in the US (complaint ref no. 4-136266429088). After leaving me stranded without phone coverage while I was abroad, you are now asking me to pay for the service you contracted but did not provide?

    @ViCustomerCare It means I am wrong I requesting you last 1 month that issues and you saying me that no issues in your location. Thanks to Vi Team given a best solution to me . Without my resolution you close to my request . No one visited the location not a signal employee check the data usage

    @ViCustomerCare There has been no revert and the person responsible for this mixup Ms. Pratibha Rajak has informed me that the script she reads from doesn't allow her to inform the customer that their plan will change. I have the call on record.
