    In Baur village of Bansdih tehsil of Ballia district, your network is in bad shape, your engineers come and inspect it from outside and the real problem is inside the village, finally we give money if it is so We will be forced to leave your network.@Idea @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare claims that they have a great network in india. But the truth is from past five days there is no network in my are and thats the reason I am facing issue @VodaIdea_NEWS should circulate this news that we have a plan in which you will get bill only no call/sms

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team. From last 5 day’s i am facing network issue and issue is whenever there is power cut in my area the VI network goes off and shows no service when power comes back the network also comes back me and my other family members facing the same problem please do needful

    @ViCustomerCare worst ever customer service from vi Store vazakala again. Vodafone never cared customer. VI are happy to provide duplicate sim if possible without even doing proper verification. Still company stays with the employee who done blunder.

    @ViCustomerCare Replied with all details. This was escalated few months back too and went unresolved. VI does not care of refunding money owed but calls multiple times everyday for dues of some person not related. This is bad service and poor process of registration at your end. #vodafoneidea

    One of the worst network provider, i wont even get a network in my home(indoor) it will be no service and you @ViCustomerCare guys are planning for 5G, if possible please give me the refund of my last recharge i’ll be happy to port @reliancejio it has a good coverage
