    @ViCustomerCare Even after repeated attempts I don't even get a single bar in my living room and constantly going to balcony to get a call/oTP etc... multiple complaints through customer care /twitter etc no solutions. I have been a loyal Vi consumer. making me regret that

    In the past hour @ViCustomerCare has sent me 3 smses reminding me to pay my bill. Every single day, I get unsolicited calls from them re changing my plan (despite being registered on DND) Vodafone was bad enough. They've become worse since Vi. 🙄

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I am facing internet issue from past 3 days. Net speed is only in kbps and the I can't even open a Google page. Please arrange a better service and resolve as soon as possible this net issue.
