    @ViCustomerCare I've been talking to ur team for 5 months now. Ur team did nothing other than giving assurances. In the end, they said they could not do anything more. Basically they could not improve a network which never goes above 5kbs. What will u do!?

    @ViCustomerCare This issue is permanent in my area. I have raised this concern twice in past as well. But get the same response every time - First ask to raise a ticket then your networking team will check the Network availability in my area and then your team don't find any issue with network.
