    In Baur village of Bansdih tehsil of Ballia district, your network is in bad shape, your engineers come and inspect it from outside and the real problem is inside the village, finally we give money if it is so We will be forced to leave your network.@Idea @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare I'm getting the same dimwitted templated responses on DM from your customer support. I've had over 30+ DM exchanges the past 4 weeks with no solution. Shocked beyond words at the quality of support.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi my SIM card got corrupted. As u people weee not checking dm and continuously increasing thread I had to visit store. Issue is resolved now. Please check the dm I already texted what u asked for.
