    In Baur village of Bansdih tehsil of Ballia district, your network is in bad shape, your engineers come and inspect it from outside and the real problem is inside the village, finally we give money if it is so We will be forced to leave your network.@Idea @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare It’s really frustrating to see how you handle customer requests. My postpaid connection has been withdrawn since last 5 days. I called you several times, visited the only Vi Mini Store(Address mentioned in your app/portal is wrong and you have no idea about that).
