After Inserting the Prepaid SIM I have completed the necessary tele-verification. Signal is coming but still no incoming and outgoing call can be done. Everytime it is saying Temporary out of service.

Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.
