@VodafoneIN Today I have converted my Vodafone SIM from Postpaid to Prepaid. After Inserting the Prepaid SIM I have completed the necessary tele-verification. Signal is coming but still no incoming and outgoing call can be done. Everytime it is saying Temporary out of service.

@VodafoneIN pathetic service..even your employees in VI convenient store (kasba, Kolkata) are so unprofessional and rude... Ordered for a duplicate SIM and somehow magically the new SIM request is cancelled... That's it , I am moving out of Vi ...simply unacceptable ..

@VodafoneIN I called up your call center folks and explained in details, this issue. They took note of my number and said that there would be an analysis on it and issue resolved. Nothing has happened for more than over 24 hours. Disappointed! #VodafoneIdea #Vodafone #4G

@ViCustomerCare ..inspite of being on a DND list i get badgered with calls. I complain the calls stop and after a while it starts again.. same goes with the network complain good for a while then pathethic @pib_comm @DoT_India please take some action
