It's ur money but they will deduct without ur concern & when u complain they will say, we are happy to help u but actually they not & they will not give u proper resolution & when u again try to connect, they will not respond, that's @VodafoneIN for u India @rsprasad @MIB_India

@VodafoneIN Today I have converted my Vodafone SIM from Postpaid to Prepaid. After Inserting the Prepaid SIM I have completed the necessary tele-verification. Signal is coming but still no incoming and outgoing call can be done. Everytime it is saying Temporary out of service.

@ViCustomerCare Worst service provider. I don't know why they are deducting money from my main balance. I have enough main balance to call someone but still says you don't have sufficient balance. If I try to customer care it seems they do not exist only. The worst service.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vodafone - your network was done all over Maharashtra yesterday and I am pretty much aware that your team is aware of it. Figure out against this timeline and put a note publicly why network was down in Pune, Nagpur and etc
