  @VodafoneIN Today I have converted my Vodafone SIM from Postpaid to Prepaid. After Inserting the Prepaid SIM I have completed the necessary tele-verification. Signal is coming but still no incoming and outgoing call can be done. Everytime it is saying Temporary out of service.

  @VodafoneIN I called up your call center folks and explained in details, this issue. They took note of my number and said that there would be an analysis on it and issue resolved. Nothing has happened for more than over 24 hours. Disappointed! #VodafoneIdea #Vodafone #4G

  No 4G network and internet speed is very slow of Vi. Neither improvement in 4G nor in internet network from Vi side. You are only increasing the cost of recharge but not improving your 4G network in our region. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare till now network issue is not resolved after repeated complains. Only issue resolving days increasing but no proper resolution & outcome not provided. I think now Vodafone-idea not in situation to resolve network service issues they just making fool to customers.
