It's ur money but they will deduct without ur concern & when u complain they will say, we are happy to help u but actually they not & they will not give u proper resolution & when u again try to connect, they will not respond, that's @VodafoneIN for u India @rsprasad @MIB_India

@VodafoneIN Today I have converted my Vodafone SIM from Postpaid to Prepaid. After Inserting the Prepaid SIM I have completed the necessary tele-verification. Signal is coming but still no incoming and outgoing call can be done. Everytime it is saying Temporary out of service.

Have ported my number from VI to Jio about 20 days back and since then the callers aren't able to connect due to network issues and both the service providers are dodging the issue onto each other @JioCare and @ViCustomerCare pls look into the matter ASAP
