    It's ur money but they will deduct without ur concern & when u complain they will say, we are happy to help u but actually they not & they will not give u proper resolution & when u again try to connect, they will not respond, that's @VodafoneIN for u India @rsprasad @MIB_India

    @VodafoneIN Today I have converted my Vodafone SIM from Postpaid to Prepaid. After Inserting the Prepaid SIM I have completed the necessary tele-verification. Signal is coming but still no incoming and outgoing call can be done. Everytime it is saying Temporary out of service.

    @ViCustomerCare I just did a data pack recharge on my wife's number. 30 minutes later this recharge is still not reflecting in her account. Even after increasing charges your service remains superbly poor. And your Customer call numbers are automated to uselessness. Response?

    @ViCustomerCare My sim card is not working and It's registered in my sisters name who happens to be in a different state. I went to your stores where they said that it's not possible to replace the Sim as the person is required physically for verification.

    @ViCustomerCare Resolution time surpassed and till now I have not got refund of 100 Rs. Also I'd like to have the refund in my bank account and not in Vi number balance. I spent real money for the service, if Vi decides to overcharge me, I'd like to get that much amt back to the initial source
