    It's ur money but they will deduct without ur concern & when u complain they will say, we are happy to help u but actually they not & they will not give u proper resolution & when u again try to connect, they will not respond, that's @VodafoneIN for u India @rsprasad @MIB_India

    @VodafoneIN Today I have converted my Vodafone SIM from Postpaid to Prepaid. After Inserting the Prepaid SIM I have completed the necessary tele-verification. Signal is coming but still no incoming and outgoing call can be done. Everytime it is saying Temporary out of service.

    @reliancejio @VodafoneIN Please stop your respective networks... So Bad Connectivity at Durgapur-1.. No Live Streams are loading. Hopeless services at this Part of the Country for last 10 months since I'm living here... Stop boasting about providing connectivity all over India.😠

    @ViCustomerCare why can't I simply switch from Post to Pre connection without getting a callback. Your store representative insisted on getting a retention call as per process without which he will not process my request. This is clear harrasment. **** network! @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Hey guys we all know that the Government soon be taking around 1/3 stakes of your company but it doesn't mean your service is start giving us a bibe of Govt's own telecom company which Internet survive been down for almost two weeks and nobody bothered to care.

    @ViCustomerCare very disappointed customer service. Ekart and Amazon delivery partners contact number calls are not connecting thru my vi number. The customer service agent has not resolved the issue caused to me. Very shameful !!!

    @ViCustomerCare VI service at Belgharia is very poor. Despite report after report the VI authorities is not taking any action. OTP comes after expiry of session. Please do needful. Signal bar is so poor.
