    @VodafoneIN pathetic service..even your employees in VI convenient store (kasba, Kolkata) are so unprofessional and rude... Ordered for a duplicate SIM and somehow magically the new SIM request is cancelled... That's it , I am moving out of Vi ...simply unacceptable ..

    Hi @VodafoneIN in one of my no. Outgoing service is deactivated. I recharged that no yesterday with 50 and still outgoing is disabled. This is really frustrating i am unable to call anyone. Please help. 🙏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare Hi there. It's useless for your team.. as they don't have solutions for this and will the same trained language which #Vodafone has trained them to say.. No need to call me if #vodafone have solution then apply it else is useless to call and harass customers

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, from the past few weeks facing frequent call drops & connectivity issues. Unable to make calls and even receiving it, and when if it's connected to the caller, I face audio issues. I faced this and the person whoever is calling me (not the phone issue)

    @VodafoneIN the fluctuation of ur network is really irritating. Please make ur network consistent. U have amazing n/w data speed but the fluctuation spoils everything. Sometimes it changes to even 2G n/w.

    @VodafoneIN I called up your call center folks and explained in details, this issue. They took note of my number and said that there would be an analysis on it and issue resolved. Nothing has happened for more than over 24 hours. Disappointed! #VodafoneIdea #Vodafone #4G

    @TRAI Sir/Madam, I am not been able to port the Sim to another operator from VI because they stopped SMS service to 1900 from my number. This is against MNP rules provided by you. Kindly take necessary action. I have sent a mail to you as well regarding the same. @ViCustomerCare

    @TelecomTalk Customers started ignoring @ViCustomerCare .Then what is the use of plans.@TelecomTalk why can't you write on poor service of #vi, see they are charging at par with Airtel and Jio but not providing, Vowifi, esim for apple watch & better indoor 4G coverage.
