    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I try to send porting massage from my vodafone no 9159559585 its fails unable to send I have service validity and free sms and main acc balance also...purposefully blocked to send msgs to port to another operater..

    @ViCustomerCare one of vi engineer visited and submit report before 15 days ago and since last 5 days I am taking follow ups on cell but there is no solution.. just avoiding phone.

    @ViCustomerCare Is there any changes in Vi policy about customer care email response to customer email? Why customer care is not responding to email? Why Vi is asking it’s customer to contact over whatsapp? Pls check & reply.

    This is the level and attitude of @ViCustomerCare employees. @9085242993S just wants to take our money and Customer care ke naam pe hume pagal banate hai. Are we as people sitting here free to be abused and handing you our money for nothing? Or do you actually give 2 shits.

    @ViCustomerCare We already had that experience and lost some hard earned money without getting reply from customer care that how another no. could be recharged when i had registered the no. in app and clicked on recharge, not recharge for friend. No explanatory reply from VI.#VodafoneIdea #MNP
