@ViCustomerCare Kindly refund my Amazon Prime membership amnt of Rs. 1499 or activate my membership. The Vodafone rep is stating that issue cannot be resolved at VI end. Amazon has clearly brought out that VI had terminated my membership.Kindly go through my earlier tweets.

@ViCustomerCare Dear VI team you need to work on your network, as still mostly coverage comes at 3G..worst service and network being experience since last 6 months. multiple complaint agaist the network issue been raised,but still no one has addressed the same. Even this tweet been thru JIO net.

@ViCustomerCare 1 month I was awaiting due to voice call issue,but no issue on network. Your staffs advised to change sim,unnecessarily I spent 165Rs for new sim.i decide to move for other network. My sim is not able to call most of times in a day more than one month. RTN-V01019105615

@ViCustomerCare I had recently done recharge of my alternate number on Sunday and got 70 days validity and 1year subscription of hotstar free while doing login to hotstar it is showing that you need to upgrade your plan
