    @ViCustomerCare its 15 yrs now, that i'm using Vodafone. Was hvng strng faith and trust wid vi but day by after the tower service is getting worst. I'm just skeptic aboit breaking relationship over here. But with the strong adore for vi, i'm still hoping to get a good network.

    It's been almost 3 months and the complain has not yet solved, multiple complains has been given for the 3rd class Volte service given by @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing a repeated issue while trying to access a selected few sites/apps from vi network, which are not opening. Please note that these apps are working fine on other networks. Could you please check this ASAP, as it is hampering my work?

    @ViCustomerCare No SMS is being sent from my vi number. Despite repeated complaints, the problem is not being solved in any way. Why is sending SMS from my number stopped? Customer care is being misused. Let me know how I will share my vi phn no with you.

    @ViCustomerCare unable to change plan, send email. Standard response. Tired of visiting VI shop in pandemic. All documents provided in 2015 have automatically got reversed putting me back to a corporate plan under a company that closed down 5years back.

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday Vi informed that due to technical issue you service has been terminated. Today I received msg that due to outstanding amount 588.82(actual due date 16.04.2021) you service has been terminated. I have made payment, now resolve issue C003-103439488421

    @ViCustomerCare I want justice. Vodafone idea should not cheat customers. I have paid my recharge amount. You have not restored my services and not bothered to return my money. I condemn such acts. You are fleecing customers and not providing resolution.

    Between January and today, I have called customer care at least 20 times. Each time I've bn told charges will be reversed but it hasn't been.Nobody has called from @ViCustomerCare but I get sms saying that I did not answer my phone. Fed up of yr cheating and lying malpractices

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny basic human rights. VI is not returning the money which I had paid for getting a service which was not given to me. My crusade for justice will continue forever. Don't think that I will remain silent.

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

    @ViCustomerCare iam mov out for jammu kashmir where prepaid roaming is not allowed Wamt to activate Call forwarding however everytime it's getting failed due to restrictions from vi Customer care is absolutely unprofessional in response !!

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare You guys have some of the most pathetic networks I have come across. Does not even work 5G most of the times. And even in 4G I'm not receiving msg, pages not loading while travelling in central line mumbai. Network gaand me gusake baite ho kya?
