    @ViCustomerCare Worst or no customer service. Companies like Vodafone idea who exploit their customers can never survive. Idea was better but it is horrible after takeover by Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny basic human rights. VI is not returning the money which I had paid for getting a service which was not given to me. My crusade for justice will continue forever. Don't think that I will remain silent.

    @ViCustomerCare Please don't give such useless resolutions. This is cheating. You can't return my money because you don't want to. By cheating customer, you will lose many other customers. Everyone should know about my bitter experience.

    @ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny the basic ask. You cannot digest my money which I had paid to VI for a service which you didn't give. My crusade will continue forever. Don't underestimate a genuine customer.

    Between January and today, I have called customer care at least 20 times. Each time I've bn told charges will be reversed but it hasn't been.Nobody has called from @ViCustomerCare but I get sms saying that I did not answer my phone. Fed up of yr cheating and lying malpractices

    Just after a 365days recharge, me & my friend both started having problems in #Vodafone; connectivity issues & call drops multiple times a day in last 30 days. Whereas, everything is fine in my 2nd #Vi SIM which has a normal 28days data recharge, with talktime! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I got an sms in Jan 2022 sauing my Amazon prime subscription would be renewed for Rs1k. I agreed. The very nxt day, another sms announced that it was renewed for Rs1499. I immediately requested Vodafone to cancel it. T

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea has only one response- We don't want to lose you. They're cheating customers and denying basic help. They have scrapped all basic plans. Does everyone needs data and SMS? Nothing for old people who only need talk time. Disgusting. Shame on you.

    Requesting #Vi #Vodafone @ViCustomerCare to provide standalone "service validity" with data packs; I use 1 Vf SIM exclusively for data, will have to drop it in view of tariff hikes.

    yet another reason why decentralization wins. my telecom provider @ViCustomerCare just barred my number. no warning. no real reason. 12+ years as a customer. doesn’t matter apparently. here’s what happened: was in dubai last few weeks. international roaming active. kept getting rekyc messages. tried multiple times to comply. system kept failing. called customer care. zero help. today i visit their store. your number’s completely off. you need to visit the city where you originally registered it. my last bill? few hundred dollars. sometimes i pay 5 figures INR because i actually use this for international trips. now i can’t access my bank. can’t get uber otps. payment services locked. all because one centralized entity decided to flip a switch. this is the problem with centralized systems. one point of failure. arbitrary decisions. no recourse. you’re just stuck. luckily i have @XPINNetwork global sim. data access anywhere in the world. no extra charges. at least i’m not completely offline. but here’s the bigger point: we built our entire digital infrastructure on centralized chokepoints. telecom. banking. identity verification. all dependent on entities that can cut you off without real accountability. decentralization isn’t just about ideology. it’s about resilience. it’s about not being at the mercy of a system that doesn’t have to answer to you. 12 years of loyalty meant nothing when it mattered. this is why we build different.

    @ViCustomerCare what the hell is wrong with your network!! whenever there is power cut ,my mobile network also goes off. Even I'm unable to make a call . Check this issue. You guys always disappoint people.

    @ViCustomerCare my device supported 4g+ carrier aggregation with Jio but with ur network it shows only 4G also the speed of ur network is very poor also I m complaining since 3 months but nothing improved so I have to port out from ur network nothing option left with me
