    @ViCustomerCare i am at my native village since last couple of days. Vi service is extremely bad here. When someone calls me and I pickup the call, it gets connect and your sytem speaks "you have dialed a wrong number" in between. Whtas the wrong?

    @ViCustomerCare You can't change plan of any customer without his/her permission. But you did this. I have 299 plan but you changed with 399 plan this month. I will not pay any extra amount for that. I want my reverse. If you don't do that I will take a legal action against you.
