    @ViCustomerCare this is shame on u within house or inside office Network is ridiculous, no one able to communicate nor myself. Is this your normal network system? Or your network not so strong to link your subscribers? I am nearer to KOLKATA. Only VI problematic others are OK.

    @ViCustomerCare unable to change plan, send email. Standard response. Tired of visiting VI shop in pandemic. All documents provided in 2015 have automatically got reversed putting me back to a corporate plan under a company that closed down 5years back.

    @Airtel_Presence we have two prepaid and one postpaid connection of airtel in our house. Their internet connection is so poor that it's becoming hard to sustain. But my mother has @ViCustomerCare service which is the only stable connection now. Should we leave Airtel?

    @VodafoneIN What is right with your network, do let me know.. I cannot call, cannot stream videos or even download anything in any possible time frame.. you have registered my complaint, asking for 3 days! MNP takes 3 days too..

    @ViCustomerCare There is no point in sending any direct response. Your people are denying returning my money. When they are not restoring service, they should return my money. The money was given to your company for a service, which you are denying. This is against human ethics.

    @ViCustomerCare having faced repeated problems in CUG Postpaid connection. No respite despite several calls to customer care. Call drops time and again, no audio in the midst of incoming and outgoing calls. Dejected completely, planning to switch over to other network

    @ViCustomerCare I want to tell you something about your service. The ability of the services you provide is not there at all. Currently 2G Internet is running during 4G and VOLTE network is getting lost again and again. Please improve your service.

    @ViCustomerCare VI customer care doesn't help their customers. This degradation was bound to happen when Idea became Vodafone Idea. Everything is money, without any human emotions.

    @ViCustomerCare I pay you a hefty premium on monthly basis.Over the last year,either your network coverage was at fault or internet services were weak yet continued paying 600 INR.Since yesterday, unable to exchange text messages, missing on important OTPs @TRAI please intervene.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Guys!See the brilliant Network team of VI’s knowledge who is saying an iphone is problematic which works under every VI 4G TOWER OF KOLKATA except the tower of my home address. A problematic phone will not work under any sim and tower

    VI 4G is extremely unstable indoor network and data suddenly stops and came after airplane mode , and signal strength also very weak . In2026, basic indoor connectivity shouldn’t be a struggle. Please fix this urgently , if younot fix I quiet VI #VI #NetworkIssue @ViCustomerCare
