@VodafoneIN No resolution since my last tweet, I am only talking to chatbot from 23rd Feb 😋.No calls. After putting a complaint from different channel today i received a call mentioing a resolution within 7days. but you guys always say you are adding a tower in every hour 😆😂😅

VI mobile service has reached to a situation where customer care writes that number is not reachable. Well, the whole reason is worst network and poorly covered range issues. At least accept and allow porting #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare So called centre and forwarded complain and was informed go to the store number will get converted into prepaid but received call from mr ketan again said can't convert the number in prepaid before 120 days than again forwarded new complaint to the call centre
