@ViCustomerCare VI needs to understand that we pay to avail the services. If I have to always rely on a different network, there's no point holding onto the connection. It's been a very annoying experience lately. None listens to the problems fully and they are in a hurry to close the issue.

@ViCustomerCare I am using since 9 years service of VI. Since 3 years it's very bed experience, whenever time come for recharge they disappear offers telling in your account there is no best offers and after recharge we are getting pop ups you have best offers. It happened 5 time
