@ViCustomerCare VI needs to understand that we pay to avail the services. If I have to always rely on a different network, there's no point holding onto the connection. It's been a very annoying experience lately. None listens to the problems fully and they are in a hurry to close the issue.

@ViCustomerCare Service providers only cater to the needs of creamy layer. Connections for elderly people or those who need less talk time, is not important. If someone only needs a mobile for emergency calls, why do they have to pay more unnecessarily?
