    @ViCustomerCare VI needs to understand that we pay to avail the services. If I have to always rely on a different network, there's no point holding onto the connection. It's been a very annoying experience lately. None listens to the problems fully and they are in a hurry to close the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare @abhishek6_8_98 You are a sinking network, then how come your network team will create amazing 5G. Still not procured 5G gear & don’t have 4G indoor coverage or Vowifi then how is it possible??? You are not in a position to inform us when launching 5G. How long you will cheat your customers……

    @ViCustomerCare you are doing a very good work 😡. After raising complaints many times regarding my incoming SMS. Now I'm unable to make call to 199 and 198 (my number is blocked by your service) I don't know how you calling yourself as India's best network.
