    @JioCare I already have my secondary connection with Jio. Assuming @ViCustomerCare fails to resolve the issue in time, I would just port my primary as well to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare VI needs to understand that we pay to avail the services. If I have to always rely on a different network, there's no point holding onto the connection. It's been a very annoying experience lately. None listens to the problems fully and they are in a hurry to close the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare Still ZERO response from @ViCustomerCare after my DM. Even worse, the delivery agent contacted us and had the audacity to demand ₹150 for a replacement SIM for a faulty one you already delivered! This is daylight robbery & harassment. Fix this NOW. #Vi #CustomerService

    @ViCustomerCare I simply need enough connectivity to talk to my mother every day, even though I am away from home. Therefore, I earnestly request you to send your technical team to the location to fix the network issues so that I can at least speak with my mother over the phone

    @ViCustomerCare Poor network in our area. Calls often don’t connect, voice quality is unclear, and internet service is unreliable. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. World is living in 5G and you guys seems like 2G

    @ViCustomerCare @AnanyaBirlaX sorry to share the inhumane attitude of vi staff. In May I switched to Postpaid from Prepaid. Call centre called for PV. Inspite of providing details my number is Suspended. I’m in dire need as my kid is in hospital. Vi centre staff refuses to help

    @ViCustomerCare I have reported the issue, this level of unprofessional support & system down issues is not tolerable. Also don't expect me to renew the system this time & I don't need your sales team to call me for renewals as I am already exploring other vendors for the internet.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, your pre-call announcements are annoying. 1st agent told me to call 1930 cyber helpline, 2nd agent bluntly said "I can't do anything". Pathetic service! Stop wasting my time and deactivate these offers/announcements on my number ASAP.
