    @ViCustomerCare have been following up with Vicustomercare since February to fix the issue with my SIM and as of today there is no improvement.SIM is inactive since February. However you are sending bills even though you are unable to fix the issue and provide required service.@TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Did send the private DM with my number, but no follow-up from your side. Please understand this is urgent as you customer care specialist informed me that if the number remains inactive for 10 days it is suspended permanently.
