@ViCustomerCare VI needs to understand that we pay to avail the services. If I have to always rely on a different network, there's no point holding onto the connection. It's been a very annoying experience lately. None listens to the problems fully and they are in a hurry to close the issue.

@ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

@ViCustomerCare even after complaining and engineer visit, no signal or few signals. Please tell me how should I make calls? Too much of breakage and calls drop and sometimes no signal at all for 3- 4 hours. Will you actually do something?
