    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare I never requested to activate some game pack. I saw that you have activated it by force and deducted 115 from my account. It is totally unexpected. You have been doing this time and again. You know what is your market share.
