@VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

@h_pongilath @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India These are fraudsters. Never call them and ask your friends and family to for the same. They'll ask you for some app downloading and then will take control of your mobile and bank details. So just ignore such messages from any operator.

@deepakbedi26 @ViCustomerCare terrible service ..i have been reaching them i have no network 0 calls no msgs and its showing emergency servives from more than 2 weeks not even one call yet i had the figure the iasue on my own and go to vi store to replace the sim by costing 100 on my pocket..i dont recommend

@ViCustomerCare VI had left big land mark of unprofessional attitude towards Corporate connection. one month with no response and resolution on complaints. Only SMS of complaint resolved. VI need to reassess themselves.
