@ViCustomerCare i recharged for 699 but the benifits are gone around 15 days prior expiry. 9048733663 is my number... 9456476863 alternate number , call back cos 198 doesn't work.

@VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.
