    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare what happened to your network at Nudwa Tea Estate,Dikom(786101), can even make a phone call properly from last one month.Either close your company and give my money back or give proper service.This is not a joke you're talking about 4g where 2g is not working.

    @ViCustomerCare How confident are you in providing a good network service to the people present in all the states of India? This is the 3rd consecutive day in a state called "Nagaland" that the network is totally down! People are unable to make calls or even send a text!
