    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @DoT_India Sir ,@ViCustomerCare is totally bluffing with us. I agree they called but both time call disconnected after some time . After first call drop while they realised evidence is in front of them they don’t call me after 2nd call drop. Again yesterday their is no network for 30min.

    @Williamjoseph9 @ViCustomerCare If you’re wanting data speed and much better service than Vodafone then I would say Airtel. It was my mistake to port in Vodafone.
