    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare You guys seems do not take customer feedback Asking for payment which is not visible in the app. Customer care calls up demanding payment 4-5 times during the day. But unwilling to take feedback on process change Mind you, there's no unwillingness to pay

    @ViCustomerCare Still issue not resolved vi team fust updated wrong information. Contact center agent are missbehin and he called me he is own number you guys are not taken action yet. Vi service are very bad in india and Odisha

    @ViCustomerCare The information shared is without learning about my current situation and like headless chickens FOR BILL PAYMENT I’m getting calls 10times a day. Resolve the issue and then ask for money! U CANNOT CHARGE ME MONTHLY RENTAL IF THE NUMBER HAS BEEN SUSPENDED for more then 10 days!
