    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare Need help to understand the process to migrate to pre-paid connection. Your customer care is very rude and doesn't provide the details. It's like as if I am sinning if I want to move to prepaid. Sharing the call with you on DM. Also, please help.

    @ViCustomerCare I haven't received a single call from @ViCustomerCare . They balantly lie in dm that we are escalating the issue with priority but do nothing . Last they called me was on 2nd of march . Thats it . Bloody frauds.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I have ported from vi postpaid to Airtel, I received a message from Airtel an outstanding amount of Rs 45.57 is due from the vi operator kindly pay it. So I paid Rs:45.57 in vi app. the Airtel network is disconnected kindly resolve the issue asap
