    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare I am from Indian state of West Bengal,pin no 721439. I am using vi network but last 3 months vi not working, very poor data speed. Some time I think I am using vi free of cost. Now vi increases more than 20% tariff cost. I have comlained so many times,no result.

    @ViCustomerCare I have a real serious complaint,just becoz somthings r not transparent I am an closing voda sim,I intended to just convert from postpaid to prepaid.But since seems we need to bare the sim for 3months or some1 said 4mnth to get it closed

    @ViCustomerCare customer care team have no idea about these terms n condition they tell different story, vodafone store staff tell different story that it is 120 days .I hv questions y postpaid to prepaid/ closing connection is such a pain in vodafone? It is totally frustrating

    Hey vodafone, i don't mind you increasing the price but you have removed the double data plan this makes me to think change of service provider.this is not fair!!! Increasing price and not providing old features @Siva_Bharani @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare #VodafoneIdea #VI
