    @ViCustomerCare i recharged for 699 but the benifits are gone around 15 days prior expiry. 9048733663 is my number... 9456476863 alternate number , call back cos 198 doesn't work.

    @VodafoneIN worst service ever. I had lodged a complaint 1 month back still no response or resolution. And now my grandmother's balance is getting deducted every month for "SPORTS VOICE ALERTS" which she clearly didn't activate, and also no VAS services are shown active.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been struggling to replace my not working sim since 14 days now. Do you even care of your customer experience. I have been continuously emailing and calling your customer support but all in vain. Being an old customer really disappointed. WORST SERVICE!!

Keep telling me to recharge externally although i hv plenty of Main Bal. Why? Dont gv fake assurances & act fast. Reply to my email !

    I'm using 2 VI sims at a time in my Asus Max Pro M1. My device supports 2 4g Volte at a time. My one sim supporting Volte but another sim can't. I mailed them & they are saying my device is not supported by VI volte. What kind of problem is this?! @ViCustomerCare
