    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @ViCustomerCare I am fed up with your services. You cheat a customer by sending inflated bills and than your so called appellate waste more than 2 months to resolve my issue but I don’t have clear answers and on top of it now your collection team is pestering me for outstanding..

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, not receiving OTPs from Axis Bank, Indusind Bank, Delhivery for more than 1 day on Vi Delhi. Hdfc Bank and Amazon OTPs working. Have raised complaint. Please investigate. Note: Vi Kolkata seems to be not affected.

    @ViCustomerCare VI mini store executive, customer care both saying that new prepaid sim card cannot be issued due to documentation error. But new postpaid sim can be issued with same number with new documents. How something is possible with postpaid is not possible with prepaid for same company

    @ViCustomerCare that number doesn't belong to any individual or human as told by Vi support. Let someone answer how is it possible that this number is in my bill but not in my phone log as well as memory.

    How come @VodafoneGroup charge me for calling 9891012345 and sending sms to 9811009998 while International Roaming which I DID NOT? How come these number appear in my bill? Poor @ViCustomerCare Bots have nothing but to say: "It's in your bill as per usage." and disconnect.
