    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @ViCustomerCare hey idea, I am really disappointed with the service. Earlier my old sim was blocked without any reason or anything. I faced alot of problem then and bought a new sim, and today the new number is also not working. I had to face alot problems because of this.

    Tareekh pe tareekh Wy just Govt entities shd hv all the fun? Private companies r nt that behind. My request to @ViCustomerCare on 6 Jan for duplicate invoices, resolution assured by 21 Jan 🤔 then 13 Feb, 🤨 now 2 March 😬 No option bt to port the number 😞 @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare my postpaid no. 8828820717 i wanted to port ur executive on 6th Feb told me to give 1000 in vi app n also conversion of postpaid to prepaid and told me to send messg of cancel worst service pls help me otherwise i will port in jio @reliancejio
