    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @ViCustomerCare @consumerforum The Internet issue is not new, it persists since years, even after paying hefty amount, 4g network, all network sticks are there, I cannot enjoy my internet. This has increased after my complaint on twitter ... Worse than 2g...

    @ViCustomerCare Handle your customers with care..looks like you have wrong number on cust. Sat. My SR keeps getting closed without resolution. That's how you get you CSAT numbers. Being loyal for 10 years now I look forward to say good by Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS My daily data doesn't work after midnight neither all night binge working since 2 days also data rollover not working properly wtf is that i port my number for this and your service is worst ever daily night my data speed is reduced upto 6 am.

    @ViCustomerCare Issue I am facing. 1). call drops, many a times, recently when I was talking with SBI. @consumerforum, when call drops, there can be penalty for it. 2). Internet issues: I have to wait for hour's to enjoy my Internet. @ViCustomerCare internet is fundamental r8- u cannot violate.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI, Plz stop providing internet service by the name of 4g,Even YouTube can't play 144p video. Ping is 360 ms ,gitter 440 ms, Jst fed up of complaining to your customer care from Last 3 months.They r not giving any solution.#vodafoneidea #worstcustomerservice

    @ViCustomerCare is the worst network with the most laid back customer care service system. Forget promptness,they reply as per their convenience with nonsense solutions to grave network and internet issues.I made a mistake buying a #Vi / #GigaHoax sim in the first place. #QuitVi
