  @ViCustomerCare Please, you are requested to solve this problem immediately. The way people porting your SIM in Tehsil Baheri, District Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh are charging money in a forced manner, this is not right at all.

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare Vi is just proving again that a lot of unworthy people are sitting to contact customer and waste their time. Who in the world is training then? I suppose Ai does the job better than this. No wonder..
