    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    VodaIdea, worst service. Incompetent customer service reps doesn't even putting efforts to understand problem and redirecting to nearest vi store. And great VI store redirecting to talk to customer care. What a headache @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Please improve your customer care service. First you target your post paid connection by activating VAS services and then even after raising concerns, you don't do anything on it. Please tell me should I port your number or will you do something immediately?

    @ViCustomerCare Team leave 5g trails, Vodafone ping service is the worst there is no reliability when it comes to packets. So first take care of that

    @ViCustomerCare No! As per our conversation, this has happened multiple times. You either resolve it in the next 24 hours and make sure it never repeats or bid adieu to a customer who has been with you for 15 years (multiple numbers)
