    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @ViNewsOfficial Using VI in 2025 feels like using 2G in a 5G world. Calls drop, data crawls, and frustration rises. Stop wasting money on a dying network. Port to Jio or Airtel for a better experience before it's too late.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @ViNewsOfficial Don’t recharge your VI number,Day by day,the network is getting worse.If you’re still using a VI SIM,stop recharging and switch to Jio or Airtel. VI might shut down next year,and until then they’re providing the worst possible srvc

    @ViCustomerCare No matter how many times I raise a complaint regarding the worst speeds of just 2 to 4 Mbps, none of your customer care takes it seriously. They just send a message saying it is in optimal condition tested by our technician. How is getting such low speed optimal ? Worst service.
