    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @ViCustomerCare Outgoing still barred, god forbid I have an emergency and I have to make urgent phone calls, VI is not the network someone can't rely on. I'm a Vodafone customer since 10 years, this is the service

    @ViCustomerCare In months almost more than 5 complaint register but no solution from your side. I just paying your monthly bill like fool. But it's time to port out and i request to everyone who willing to take or switch new network don't take #VI

    @ViCustomerCare hey vi, I need to activate my prepaid sim which I switched from postpaid. I do not have any other vi number. Tried calling 59059 but it says no network.

    @ViCustomerCare I had government plan on my number 8140161966. But you have converted it in RedX plan. When i talk with customer care executive they ask me to visit Vi store. Vi store executive told that activate 399/- plan and come after one month.
