    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @ViCustomerCare Third class service of vi.....they gave 50kb/s 4g speed.....which is lover then 2g speed.....never buy vi...

    @ViCustomerCare wohhhh wohh you guyz amazing 🤩 i called coustmer care 11:35 4 minutes 12:10 4 minutes 12:15 7 minutes first they pic call and told me wait 10 minutes next call they told me all senior not available & after that hang up my called now tell me!

    @Zebaism @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Shift to Airtel . I did the same. This is a bankrupt company what service will they give. When the promoter is ready to give his stake you can imagine what the situation will be in the organisation. I also wasted 2 months chasing them then decided two shift.
