It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

Has @ViCustomerCare shut down? Or they just died? Never ever this service provider give atleast basic service. I can’t use my internet coz signals are not proper. Wonder what would we do if there is no Wifi and only this provider?Why do we pay bills then? Time to port the number!
