    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @ViCustomerCare When Iam using data in 4g and if I do incoming or outgoing call my data will degrade to 3g or it will turn off completely then too the worst call quality Iam getting after the call it remains in 3g for sometime.

    @ViCustomerCare Using Vodafone since long time. But I am highly disappointed with net service of Vodafone. I am residing at Varanasi. Do something to sustain my faith in you.
