    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @ViCustomerCare Any update on this? I had already sent you the requested details. It is a really frustrating experience trying to reach your customer care. The IVR disconnects the calls automatically after some time. Haven't been able to speak to a customer care executive yet

    @ViCustomerCare It's been more than 12 hours since I have done my recharge (Recharge done, amt. Debited but not reflecting in my vi account ) Unable to use basic call,message,int. services No customer support Really disappointing Worst customer service I have ever experienced
