    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @ViCustomerCare The MCI service got activated but it looks like useless as it does-not show the miss call numbers when my incoming calls are not coming because of your pathetic network.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, My SIM has become active after Porting, but I am not receiving any OTPs or incoming verification messages. Also, it is showing “No Recharge” even though the retailer already completed the MNP process. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I realise why noone is on VI because of the pathetic customer service. During porting 10 people called ,now when they deliver a defective sim I have to go out in 43 degrees heat and get it resolved , what was originally VI's fault @Vodacom @ViCustomerCare now I lose 7 year old no

    @ViCustomerCare I want to bring your attention to a problem I m facing. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

    @ViCustomerCare Customers left my shop without recharge their number.. We are waiting for balance from 3 days ..still no service after complaining to your all higher official & social media handle...no problem..you will see the change from retailers Of our town soon..

    The incoming calls are either getting failed or ends with a beep sound. What disastrous network is @ViCustomerCare. Thinking to shift to other network ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Your team asked me to wait 72 hours for SIM home delivery booked on 16 May. That time is now over and still no delivery or update. No response from support either. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. Resolve this immediately. #Vi #PoorService
