    @ViCustomerCare i did everything which you told me still there is no solution @TRAI is there any way where I can raise an official complain against them... Vi is not following any government guidelines I want to report now.

    @ViCustomerCare last 15days i am not getting 4g network in my current location no one respond my complained if you not able solved the issue i can't pay you this month bill and iwill be stop this no and buying another no from other mobile operator, my billing no is 9130031315.

    @ViCustomerCare , Always getting msg "temporarily turned off by your operator for sim 2" and network goes. It is always happened at 11:00 PM. Please correct the n/w issues

    Finally issue got fixed by Vi tech guys aftr struggling for 5-6 days. Problem ws related to Signalling whr users in specific area wr not able to connect with 4G services, instead SIMs getting lached to 2G only. Nyways, I m happy tht it ws a known issue fixed by @ViCustomerCare
