Nitin Kamalasanan (@nithin_kamal) reported@TRAI My mother has not been able to receive any incoming calls since yesterday. She is using the @ViCustomerCare network. To my knowledge, under the new regulations, providers are not permitted to block incoming calls even ifuser has not recharged.
