    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @VodafoneIN From the past 2 year I have continuously complaint about the worst network speed provided by you. But you give the same reply always. That network team is working and it will take 90 days. I just want to know when your 90 days will arrive. Worst network provider.

    @ViCustomerCare All the download and upload speed is fine but whenever I try to play online games using VI why there is a continuous 200-300 ping? I tried different locations, devices and sims but this issue is only with VI. This issue may lead to shift at other sim operators.

    @ViCustomerCare For every issue I raised a complaint. Vi executive's universal answer like it will be resolved, it will be noted , it will be reported by our backend team etc most funny answer is one executive promised me to install a tower within week. Bunch of f*ols running the network.

    @ViCustomerCare I cant access my internet at all as the internet connectivity in my area is worst. Even the @Jio tower is near 100m from my village. I personally know 50+people who have ported there VI sim to another operator.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Worst Internet , No missed call alerts even after activating by main balance for an year. And now unable to talk on 4G network because of fluctuating voice of called person. Unable to send messages to Airtel number.

    @ViCustomerCare let there be atleast one such day jab network ae. Network issues all the time. Somedays m not able to decide whether you are worse or airtel was.
