    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    Very pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare. I am a postpaid user but my SIM is not working — no calls and no internet access. I had to travel 20–30 km for important work and faced this issue. Extremely disappointed with the network. I will port my number to another operator soon.

    @ViCustomerCare What exactly has been done from your side to fix this issue? If you are taking money from customers but unable to provide basic network and internet services, then you should publicly admit it. This kind of problem does not happen with other network providers,

    @ViCustomerCare booked a number online number didn't get delivered, visited your service center they told me it's digitally blocked and customer care is not picking call. Totally inefficient. I have been charged amount to book number and your store is willing to provide me for free under offer. @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare Why is the issue still not fixed even after I have provided all the required details? It feels like the problem is being intentionally delayed because your team is unable to resolve it. This is extremely unprofessional. take this seriously and fix the network issue immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS This is getting ridiculous now. Constant network issues — poor signal, failed calls, unusable internet. After repeated complaints, there’s still no real improvement. A telecom service should at least provide basic connectivity. Very disappointing.
