    Very disappointing experience with Vi. The Store guys keep pushing postpaid when customers come for porting, instead of respecting what the customer wants. I also ordered a SIM online on 3rd July and still have no update. Is this how customer service works? @ViCustomerCare

    Hello @ViCustomerCare and @JioCare @DoT_India mobile number 6264704770 was ported from Jio to Vi. It has now been permanently deactivated, and neither Vi nor Jio is helping me recover it. This number is very important to me. Kindly look into the matter and help me get it back.

The senior executive Sahil Dayma was also very rude and refused to take my complaint regarding yesterday's incident despite me calling on the 198 complaint line.     Dear @ViCustomerCare, please cancel my port-in request and initiate a refund. While placing the request, I was shown that the SIM would be delivered by 1 July, but that deadline has passed. My UPC expires on 4 July.

    @ViCustomerCare Debt and the worst performing telco in India. I have been loyal so far but looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio as my primary service provider. I sincerely hope such rude agents are reprimanded for their behavior when their calls are monitored. Shameful.

    @ViCustomerCare The process of delinking my family plan took six hours and involved significant harassment. I strongly advise against choosing Vi's postpaid service. Their team is unhelpful and seems to be trained to mistreat customers. They promise to return calls promptly, but they never do.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare so why did Vi charge me 200? It wasn't my fault, nor was there any issue with my phone. Vi has turned this into a money-making scheme. Vi has caused me a lot of trouble.

    To make matters worse, @ViCustomerCare refused to even register my complaint & failed to provide any logical explanation or resolution. This unacceptable service & complete lack of customer support have left me with no option but to port out of Vi. #Vi #CustomerService #PortOut
