    @ViCustomerCare You can't do anything. Here Vi network is very poor in Tamilnadu. There is no option than port.

    @ViCustomerCare why don't vi do a survey of signal strength in Lonavala at valvan, valvan gaon 1st, expressway toll naka. The technician should visit the customers and see actual signal strength and see what more can be done to improve. Or tell them change service once for all.

    @ViCustomerCare Yeah. I was searching for network from 1 hour and then as soon as I recharged the network came in and you are saying that it is temporary issue. So temporary issues get resolved by recharge?

    @TheOfficialSBI Thanks for the delayed reply. This is not the solution for this issue. If someone asks reply this. 1. The mobile number registered to bank account should be in SIM1. 2.If your registered mobile number is @BSNLCorporate @ViCustomerCare etc, there will be network issues. (1/n)

    @ViCustomerCare I don't think so you care for customer as am sure now it's ugly business rules. Where customer have very less rights to raise his voice and only email and some stupid calls can not solve it. Sad for this @TRAI : Need your support how can I get my rights and to proceed for this
