    @ViCustomerCare What a third class company VI is. Bought a new postpaid connectioN. got home delivery of SIM. CustomerCare said the number is activated. There is no network because a damaged SIM was delivered. Now you want me to go to VI store 15kms far to get a replacement SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare See, this is what I am talking about. Back to square one, when I have already provided all complaint numbers in the first tweet. Same thing happens when Vi CC executives call. They ask you for nature of problem when it is already mentioned in all complaints..
