    @VodafoneIN Unfortunately it’s of no help. Coz I personally cross checked the the status of account with BSNL office n they said there is no problem at their end but apparently there was no MNP request showing in their system

    In the last 3 weeks @VodafoneIN has been switching on and off my outgoing and incoming calls without even informing me and I only get to know unless someone messages me stating my number isn't getting through. The customer care is tough to get a response from!!

    @ViCustomerCare why don't we get discount on mthly service chrages, when 50% of the times there is NO NETWORK. On other hand Vi charges ₹100 for even 1 day delayed payment. Please give discount on your poor services and coverage, rather than threats to bar if ₹100 not paid.

    @ViCustomerCare The day I ported my sim from Jio to VI the issue started First it took more than 5 days to complete the port After that your network Asia's Fastest network my*you can barely provide the speed of 1mbps we have to pay 479rs for the recharg toget this patheticservice

    @ViCustomerCare is worst ever service they forcefully try to not Port my vi sim to postpaid to prepaid. They do it a lot forcefully when I say no more than 10 times.
