    @VodafoneIN Unfortunately it’s of no help. Coz I personally cross checked the the status of account with BSNL office n they said there is no problem at their end but apparently there was no MNP request showing in their system

    Today I spent the whole day in Mumbai, where Vi claims full 5G coverage — but not even a single minute of 5G network showed up. That’s disappointing in 2025. I might continue with Vi until the 90-day lock-in ends, but will consider switching after that. @ViCustomerCare

    Tried Vi for the first time. Doorstep SIM delivery was smooth, porting done on time, and the 1st recharge process was seamless. 5 stars for that! However, the major letdown was the 5G network. I stay in Ambarnath, Thane, and was promised 5G coverage witin 2 mnths. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdeaIN On July 8, I paid the bill for my previous operator — they confirmed the payment. I even mailed you with the proof, and you replied on the same. And yet, you went ahead and blocked 2 of my 4 numbers saying the bill wasn’t paid? Are you seriously this dumb? How is it even possible that I paid for 2 numbers and didn’t pay for the other 2 — when I receive a SINGLE combined bill for all 4? The level of stupidity is honestly insane. I contacted your customer support, and as expected — without checking anything — they said: "Sir, payment not done." Just like that. No brain, no records, just copy-paste answers. Do you even train your staff or just hire people who can answer calls? This is what you call “support”? This is the kind of trash service you're giving postpaid customers? I can’t even imagine what prepaid users go through. I ported from Airtel because I wasn’t getting proper signal at home. But turns out you’re even worse than them. ❌ Worst customer support ❌ Worst data speed ❌ Worst telecom company I’ve ever used Absolutely pathetic.
