    @ViCustomerCare my complaint no. V-125560089256 is not resolved since so many days.. Vi is just getting worse.. You guys always say tht the issue is resolved than just in 24hrs.. A new issue arrives in that issue.. Worst experience..

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not facing any issue but I want to suggest something so that it can be implemented. Everyday you give unlimited internet usage from 12am till 6am on certain plans. So instead of 12am till 6am, can't you make it from 10pm till 4am? #Vodafone #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare Is something wrong with your network. For the last week bad network everywhere. Lot of call drops. Have a dial 3 to 4 times to get through to someone’s phone. What’s going on ?

    @Giza8774 @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Argh! In 2004-5, I was Vodafone’s 2nd highest NCR customer in terms of billing, after a popular news anchor then with NDTV.     @ViCustomerCare But tell me one thing. Once I converted my number post to pre after clearing all dues and also recharge it for 365 days plan then why my no. was blocked on only Rs. 95 dues from postpaid. Now after paying dues service should restore within 4 hours. Now 2p hrs pas. How much

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team. I am havinh a very bad experience from VI. I converted my Postpaid 7834918456 to prepaid. Clear all postpaid dues. My prepaid no. blocked saying postpaid dues of around Rs. 90. I paid yesterday at 1430 but still my number blocked.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , Incase if you are wondering why are you loosing customer. Few days ago my sim stopped working, I went to the vi shop , they refused stating that relationship manager is not there , all they had to do was give a new sim but I understood and went on.
