@ViCustomerCare what about the intl roaming charges i have paid but did not get to make or get normal calls. I even got a message that it was not working so we’re you not wrong in charging for me what does not work ? i could take you to consumer court.

@ViCustomerCare What a third class company VI is. Bought a new postpaid connectioN. got home delivery of SIM. CustomerCare said the number is activated. There is no network because a damaged SIM was delivered. Now you want me to go to VI store 15kms far to get a replacement SIM.

@ViCustomerCare please help me out. You have sent me settings but it doesn't there in my device for enabling VOLTE service. My device support Dual VOLTE but VI card is not responding. I have tried to use VI card on another device it works perfectly on that.

@ViCustomerCare All are cleared. By clearing cookies and caches, ur network problem will not get solved. Call drop problem won’t get solved. Get survey done and improve network area of Udaynagar. The problem is know to local service Center. Act fast. Don’t simply write for alternate numbers.
