    @ViCustomerCare very serious network issue. Not a single call completes without interruption once or twice. @TRAI Sometimes no ring for incoming calls. Missed call increases. Under 4G this is level of service, what will be for 5G. Tariff on higher trend but service on downsize.

After being a loyal customer for more than 21 years and giving more than 7 years to resolve ZERO network issue. Ideas did not do anything which would resolve this issue. Guess VI not looking for loyal customers
