    @VodafoneIN its been 18 days. neither my number is converted to prepaid nor am getting any update. even on raising complaint to the customer care team, they just close the request without working on it.

    @VodafoneIN I tried contacting Vodafone customer care, waited for 10 min with no luck. Advice - hire a dedicated staff to serve instead of sleeping. Really bad experience.

All @Idea BTS sites switched OFF. Users suffering instead of getting benefit of Idea-Voda merger. @PMOIndia @TRAI @narendramodi plz help

    @Idea @DoT_India Yes, just bought @reliancejio sim for network testing at places where i spend most of my time and where you are unable to provide coverage. After spending few days, permanently porting out of your network. Good Luck. @VodafoneIN @Idea

    @VodafoneIN I don't have courage to bear it more More than 11year with Vodafone out of which 5 to 7years I have been complainingly about worst network in my area Sec 52 Noida but you don't care us Please let me know procedure of portability

    @VodafoneIN I've been terribly patient with ill behaviours of Vodafone and its executives. No one is actually willing to help, or even take a look at the issue. Its just a silly issue of conversion of postpaid number to prepaid and it has taken days and days to resolve it. #VodafoneProbs

    @ViCustomerCare And, as a victim of garangutan stalkg, illegal phone tapping & illegal surveillance, i had to, under severe distress, delink aadhaar from my phone number (so i converted it to prepaid by providing PAN & address proof thereby delinking damn aadhaar).
