  @ViCustomerCare Today, you have completed 49 days without doing anything. If you have to rank @ViCustomerCare service then it will come bottom of the all service providers. Even BSNL has better response over to their customers but #Vi is worst. Executives only know to call and harass customer.

  @ViCustomerCare very incompetent service from VI. Itnl roaming did not work & i didn't even get any help from VI during my stay abroad. Just calling up customer care and getting no resolution. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY . I'm very disappointed! @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare

  Rs 98/- was deducated from my account by forcefully activating VAS.. DND service is already active in my phone and I've not opted for any VAS. No call or sms received. Kindly don't cheat a customer like this. Refund my balance and deactivate the VAS. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
