    @ViCustomerCare Guys whosoever is always facing N/W & browsing issues, talk to Vi, make them willing to let you deduct 50/60% of ur monthly bill if they are unable to give proper N/W. Only then they shall make it better

    @ViCustomerCare It has been a week days since I arrived in delhi and my idea network has not been working, I tried to complain to the customer care and at VI centre nearby but nobody took any serious a action ra it seems the consumer court is the only option.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India i have been charged ... unnecessarily without my consent..please stop these unwanted services immediately. "Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games, You have been charged Rs. 25" *The problem is still unresolved even after 1 month.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't port to VI..they have poor network. What's the point in having 4 GB a day plus nighttime free data if u can't even use 200 MB thru the day? Customer care service disgusting...n then it's not cheap right? Rs 10 a day for something that is useless

    @ViCustomerCare hello! Using WiFi is not the solution. 14hrs of the I am home. If I have use my Wifi for making calls & browsing & then each month I shall deduct 50-60% money from ur monthly bill. If U R Ok, let me know

    @ViCustomerCare Since yesterday (22.12.21) , there is no service in network bar, as we are prime postpaid consumers of 5-Vi numbers since long time.Tollfree numbers are not responding though i tweeted here. Treat it urgent. Need help for above issue.
